Starting August 20, 2020, you’ll only be able to sign in to your Walgreens.com account with an email address and a password. All other methods will be phased out.
If you use a texted PIN code to sign in, these won’t be available as of May 20, 2020. You’ll need to use the email address and password that you are provided for your account. If you forgot your password, you can reset it HERE.
If you use a phone number and a password to sign in, you’ll have to use the email address associated with your account instead. Your password will remain the same.
If you use a username that is not an email address, you’ll need to update your username to an email address. You’ll be prompted to do so once you sign in. You’ll be able to skip it temporarily, but on May 20, 2020 if you haven’t changed your username to an email address, you’ll be required to do so when you sign in. Don’t wait until after August 20, 2020, because if you still haven’t changed your username to an email address THEN, you will be unable to sign in through Walgreens.com. You’ll have to call Customer Service at 877-250-5823. Your password will remain the same.
