I’ve heard you can’t use points on a spend threshold, such as this one: spend $20, get 4,000 points. However, I’ve heard others say they are earning points on spend threshold deals. Does anyone know for sure?
I found an Almay foundation at my Walgreens on clearance for $7.45, I combined it with the free mascara coupon and the $3 off coupon from the June Wags coupon book, I paid $0.73 for both items!
