I am a new(er) couponer, and I love your site and appreciate all of the hard work that you do finding these deals and then sharing them with everyone! I was curious if you had any input for me as I made a Wags trip yesterday and tried to use the $5.00 Alavert coupon from the April book and stack it with a $1.00 off coupon from the Sunday paper…they told me you can’t stack with coupns from the monthy Wags books because those are considered manufactur’s coupns, not store coupons, but I’ve noticed many of your deals have you stacking…any thoughts?? Thanks again for all you do!
Hi Darby – Honestly, try another store. You can see a bunch of different examples of Walgreens advertising stacking HERE.
They can’t have it both ways. They can’t advertise come on in and stack these coupons and then refuse to let you do it when you are in the store (although I hear this complaint every day from readers). Since I find that trying to communicate this to store management in most cases is more trouble that it’s worth, I suggest just finding a store that is friendlier to couponers.
I am SOOO excited about this toilet paper deal….. i don’t have many stores in my town and let alone have a good paper deal. I’ve already placed a special order with my WAGS manager.

just looked on couponnetwork.com and they have an ad for the cottonelle saying buy 2 get $3 back, buy 3 or more get $4 back. says available at walgreens

are you sure about the RR for the cottonelle? it is not advertised in the weekly ad that way.
