I wanted to remind you of the upcoming change that starts Saturday August, 25th to the Walgreens Balance Rewards program. Starting Saturday, points will expire after 12 month for active members. Currently, active members have 3 years to use their points. So if you have any expiring points be sure to use them THIS week.
If you have points that will expire because of this upcoming change, you should get a print out at checkout letting you know. However, you may want to check your Walgreens Balance Rewards account on-line to be sure or call them if you have any questions.

In my opinion 12 months is still a very generous amount of time, however for those of you who have been saving up points for a larger purchase or for the holidays, you may want to check your account.
