The Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover, Complete & Gentle Eye Makeup Remover Pads, and 21 ct Makeup remover wipes ring up B1G1 50% off. The wipes have to be the 21 CT wipes (UPC #086800007463). The 25 ct wipes do not ring up B1G1 50% off. They look very similar so check the UPC code when you buy! Also, there is a special display with wipes; avoid this display which has the 25 ct wipes that do not ring up on sale.
The $3/2 coupon excludes 7 ct wipes, to me that says it’s ok to use on the Make Up removers, including wipes. In the past both Neutrogena and Almay have included the cosmetics removers in the cosmetics coupons. Here are a couple more ideas below, but keep in mind you can only do one deal with Checkout51.
