I love the flavor or Pumpkin, so this time of year I’m always looking for good Pumpkin recipes.
I recently came across two great recipes using Libby’s Pumpkin. I grabbed a few cans when they were on sale recently so needed some recipes using Libby’s.
I found two awesome recipes – one for Pumpkin Pie Scones that I plan to make over the weekend and another for a traditional pumpkin pie that I’ll make for Thanksgiving. The Pumpkin Pie Scones sound delicious and seem really easy to make! I can’t wait to see how they turn out.
