My favorite thing about Cocoa my 1 year old Ragdoll is every morning right after I get up from bed, he would come to me so I can rub his back then he would flop down the floor so I can rub his belly! He would then turn on his side so I don’t miss his tail! He does this every morning! Yes he is one spoiled cat =)
My daughter (she’s 22) and I get a kick out of watching our cat and dog play. It’s the sort of thing that starts out in fun, and the dog ends up mad or worn out. Our cat was a stray and we got him fixed. Expecting him to be a big, beautiful black cat, as they tend to get larger over time after that surgery. Enjoying his company helps lower my blood pressure.

I have two cats – a senior and a youngin. One of my favorite things about the senior is that he is so sweet and loyal and he LOVES to be petted and groomed. He is a little purr machine and it is so nice to wake up to him sitting on my stomach and waiting to be petted.

One thing that I love about my kitty – Roxie Heart – is that she’s really smart and so sassy. Her sassyness cracks me up. When I say, “Roxie, No”… when she’s doing something she shouldn’t, she’ll run up and bite my leg.

We have a 18# tuxedo male cat named Thomas…course I call him Tommy Lee…I fell in love with him at Petco one day just browsing around..we had no pets then. Anyways..I sent my bff friend in there one day to see him and I told her to put the phone up to the cage…I told him..”Mommy is working on coming to get you”. He meowed as if he always knew me! It took 2 wks to get my dh to agree. I went back to Petco and they said he was not there..he wasn’t adopted either..I was frantic. They didn’t know where he had gone. It took me 5 weeks to find him!!!! Here he was back at the Cleveland downtown APL and was sick with a respiratory infection. They told us that they would notify me when he was ready to go. They called us 8 days later and he was ready..I skipped out of work..took the kids and we were heading for downtown cleveland during rush hour! There he was my “perfect Thomas”…he heard my voice and came right up to me in the cage! To this day…he is like one of us! We refer to him with our own last name even! It’s been 5 wonderful years with him and he sits up and waits for his mommy each and every nite I come home at 1am. He comes running to the door and I swear with my own ears that he says..Momma.LOL my husband even says it! He has such personality..he is the most perfect fit to our family and I look forward to coming home and seeing that big fat cat waiting for me!

It is aout the cuddle time, the unconditional love given no matter what the mood you’re in and the way they make me laugh after a long day when they jump in circles for their food.
My older tortie, Yzma, will snuggle with her head under my chin until she purrs herself to sleep. When I come home I can hear the Yzma-alarm going off inside the house which means she meows loudly until I step through the door.
My younger long-haired tortoiseshell, Malice, is a talkative love bug that chooses the most inopportune times to demand petting [like when you’re using the toilet or trying to tie your shoes].
I have 2 kitties, both from animal shelters. They are named after literary characters, Gatsby and Daisy, from The Great Gatsby (novel about the roaring 20’s). I love watching them bask in the morning sun that pours through our windows 🙂

I have two cats, Manchester and Foxie. Manchester was a rescue at 10 weeks old and Foxie was an outside cat that just kept coming around that I took in. They don’t like each other very much, but they each have their own blankets to lay on my bed at night, one on each side of me! We adopted a 6yr old male cat recently when his owners could no longer have him due to their daughter’s severe allergies. I love his attitude and his name. He was born on a pirate restaurant ship in Florida. When he was 6 days old his mom was killed and the former owners bottle fed him and named him Scurvy. I was told that when he’s feeling fancy he likes to be called Captain Scurvalicious, Esquire. This cat has the best attitude and I can’t imagine our family without him now.

Princess follows us on our walks every day. Her favorite destination is the beach, where she hangs out looking for others to give her some attention. Before we moved to Florida, she would climb in my car and go for rides with me, after the move, she has not been in the car AT ALL.

But Oreo, was living with us first and he is definately king over the big dogs. I absolutely love that my Seven always comes to me, puts his paw on my leg or arm when I am crying. He doesn’t demand attention. He just wants to touch me, letting me know he’s there <3
My cat plays tag. He waits at the doorway until my daughter walks into the room and jumps up and bops her on the head as if to say, “you’re It!”
I follow you on facebook! I have 6 fur kids. My oldest fur kid is 13 and her name is Louise. I have had her the longest. She has a sister, Thelma, who passed away when she was 11. We miss her a lot. Louise follows me everywhere. When it is time for bed, I say- “Louise let’s go night-night” and I motion with my hand for her to come. She comes running and trots along ahead of me. When I climb in bed, she cuddles up next to me and I put my hand out and she puts her paw on top of my hand, and we go to sleep. She has such a unique personality. I am so blessed to have her and the other fur kids in my life!
We have a cat and three dogs. My favorite thing about all of my pets, is how affectionate and cuddly they are. LOVE having them curl up in my lap or next to me and help keep me warm. 🙂 They are also ALL very good with children. Love that too.

I have FOUR fur babies aka cats 🙂 One is getting up there in years at about 9, the other is about 7, the third about 4 and the fourth one still a baby at 6 months. My oldest is my #1 baby (dont tell the others) but he will cuddle with me and every night no matter what he used to crawl on spare pillow beside me and sleep next to my head but now has gotten to where he enjoys sleeping ON ME 🙂 I dont mind the purring calms me and helps me fall asleep. I love them all but he has special place and I hate seeing him get up there in years!!
My crazy Siamese is 11 and I’ve had him for 6 years. He was a Hurricane Katrina rescue that I had flown to NJ where I lived at the time. He is just the funniest thing and my little snuggle kitty. PS – He’s the handsomest!

I have 2 cats, 10 and 2 years old. The 10 year old has more energy than the 2 year old and constantly chases her around for play time. I recently bought him a new toy that he carries around the house to what ever room I am in. Super cute.

I love how my cat, Shadow, has such a strong personality. She’s 13 years old, but looks and acts half her age. She knows what she wants, when she wants it, and she isn’t afraid to meow until you give in haha. She’s a great pet and I am so thankful to have her. My cat Peanut snuggles with me at night, but I almost always wake up in the morning with kitty toys on my bed! It is so cute he wants me to play with him in the middle of the night!
If you leave socks laying around that are bundled up into a ball, my cat thinks they are kittens. She picks them up and carries them around and meows to them. It’s the only time she ever meows. It’s very cute.
My cat snuggles on my bed when I’m going to sleep. We sleep together and hang out during the day.
I have 5 kitties, 2 were mine and my husbands, then when my mom passed away I adopted her 3 kitties. I love my kitties because they all have their own personalities. Valentine (who was my cat) loves to lick people when he is happy, he likes licking my husbands hair, I think he thinks its his “fur”. Fiona, who is a little princess-the only female cat, Tarzan, who is absolutely crazy, Tiger, who is a little over weight and loves his belly rubbed, and Harry, who is a tiny little cat who jumps just about anywhere.
