I try to stay healthy by watching what I eat and making sure I fit exercise somewhere in my busy weekly schedule. I have a major sweet tooth, and I try to satisfy it with fruits in light syrup or juice or another healthy snack like yogurt.

Hi! I wear a pedometer and try to log 10,000 steps a day by making simple changes like walking to the bathroom at work that is on the other side of the building. I try to eat a variety of fruits every day and drink LOTS of water!

I have hypothyroid and its hard to lose weight. But for 10 years I have been eating alot healthier and exercising. I choose to drink tons of water and eat the right carbohydrates and leaner meats. I try all the new kinds of exercise that is offered. Many which are free on cable and know I do my best. I have been up and down due to the disorder but I also use Fiber One products to help me when I need it. I love these products. The cereals are amazing!!

Even on my laziest of days, I try to do a little something extra. Such as maybe I’m not up to jogging…I will at least push myself to go for a walk. Hey, it’s better than doing nothing at all!

I run and eat healthy. Also one thing that helps me is to fast every once in awhile with fresh juicing veggies and fruits I lose weight and it helps with any bloating…No Menopause symptoms during and after a fast 😉 I have other benefits and ideas with fasting but Dont want to write a book here lol…

I try to keep moving by taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walk an extra lap at the spermarket, and I park further away from the stores. We do our best to eat healthy as a family and eat a lot of protein and of course, Fiber!

I stay healthy my working out to Jillian Michaels or TaeBo. I also run on my days off and have changed my family’s eating habits by eating more whole wheat products, veggies, fruit and cut back on sweets.

Although I’m NOT a runner, since I turned 40 this past March it’s been on my Bucket List to run a half-marathon. I’ve signed up for the Disney Princess Half Marathon to run in 2012 with my little sister who has lost over 100 lbs over the past couple of years. For now I’m going to the gym 5 days a week and doing interval and treadmill training and I’m making homemade dinner for my family 6 nights out of 7. We used to eat out ALL the time.

I love working out at home. I have been wearing out my treadmill, putting in 10,000 steps (just under 5 miles), 5-6 days per week. That’s just until I lose the few pounds I gained back… I’ll throw in my upper/lower/abs workouts once I’m “me” again! :O)
