Cinnamon Burst Cherrios Giveaway!

I’m always looking for ways to sneak in more fiber into my diet.  So I was very excited when MyBlogSpark sent me a box of Cinnamon Burst Cheerios cereal to try.  This newest edition to the Cheerios line-up contains 20% of the Daily Value of fiber that your body needs. It’s also low in fat, saturated fat free and naturally cholesterol free. Cinnamon Burst Cheerios cereal also provides at least 8g of whole grain per serving; and most importantly it’s tasty!

I like eating cereal for breakfast of course, but I also enjoy it as a snack during the rest of the day. So I’ve been munching on these whenever I’m looking for something crunchy and tasty. A dry serving only has 110 calories so I can have them as a snack without feeling guilty.  I’ve also been tossing about a 1/4 of a serving on top of plain vanilla yogurt to add some fiber and some crunch, without a lot of calories.
