Grrrrr. Now I know why the Bright and Beautiful coupon for Revlon didn’t work! (tried a today and a couple weeks ago). Store manager gave me some speel about the coupon not being able to be combined with other offers. Well the ‘other’ offer was a store offer, not even a coupon!!
