Snoopy has become one of the most beloved comic strip characters, along with Charlie Brown and the whole gang of Peanuts characters. (Lucy is my personal favorite!)
Every holiday season I look forward to watching the holiday TV Specials especially A Charlie Brown Christmas. It always brings back special memories of enjoying it immensely as a child. * Marbles – “the smart one”, a spotted beagle

A. Actually, there’s a bunch.
The following info was copied from the PEANUTS Collector Club FAQ, penned by master collector and PEANUTS aficionado Derrick Bang (www.peanutscollectorclub.com):
* Mrs. Donovan — mentioned as Charlie Brown’s teacher, on 2/17/66.
* Miss Othmar, later Mrs. Hagemeyer — Linus’ favorite teacher.
* Miss Halverson — Linus’ new teacher, after Miss Othmar is fired during a strike. (She later reappears, sending poor Miss Halverson into comic-strip limbo.)
* Miss Swanson — mentioned as Peppermint Patty’s teacher, on 12/8/69.
Peppermint Patty also had another teacher, named Miss Tenure, that most notably accused her of stealing a box of gold stars from her desk.
I picked that one just because I like the “whaw whaw whaw” when the teacher talks on the animated versions 🙂

Ive loved peanuts comics since childhood, am a big fan & like to collect… I love how it has grown with me. I pick up on so many themes & statements Shultz put in them now that I didnt years ago. Just that info about the girls & their family being a commentary about the “growing trend of reducing human lives to statistics” blew me away!

Well, my favorite was always the little brunette with a green bow in her hair (can’t remember her name) with a matching plaid green top. She was always just so adorable. My favorite Peanuts that I can name is Linus. My little one just started getting into Peanuts (we’re nuts 🙂 about their movies) and is a huge fan. This set would be the biggest hit this Christmas – even more than the kitchen set!

Well I would have to say Snoopy…my 2 year old son just discovered the Peanuts Gang while we watched the Thanksgiving Special together on TV. Thankfully I DVR’d it because he is no a HUGE Snoopy fan. Of course with it being Christmas we have to go and say hi or hug the Snoopys in the store. Thankfully we just bought him a lil Snoopy Bean Bag Animal an he takes him everywhere an sleeps with him…I know that this would be a GREAT gift for my 2 year old! Thanks for the chance to win!

My favorite is Snoopy. There is just something about him. Even though he’s a dog and doesn’t talk, you can understand him and identify with him.

The following info was copied from the PEANUTS Collector Club FAQ, penned by master collector and PEANUTS aficionado Derrick Bang (www.peanutscollectorclub.com):
* Mrs. Donovan — mentioned as Charlie Brown’s teacher, on 2/17/66.
* Miss Othmar, later Mrs. Hagemeyer — Linus’ favorite teacher.
* Miss Halverson — Linus’ new teacher, after Miss Othmar is fired during a strike. (She later reappears, sending poor Miss Halverson into comic-strip limbo.)
* Miss Swanson — mentioned as Peppermint Patty’s teacher, on 12/8/69.
Peppermint Patty also had another teacher, named Miss Tenure, that most notably accused her of stealing a box of gold stars from her desk.
