I have a question. We have a 24 hour Walgreens in our neighborhood. When do the RR actually take effect? Is there a certain time? I really want to take advantage of the RR’s on the Crackerfuls. Also, I am new at couponing. Do I need to do individual transactions for the Crackerfuls to get the $2 RR or can I do it in one transaction and get multiple RR’s? Thank you for your help.
I had a problem once at my 24 hrs Wags. My husband and I only go on Sat nite n2 Sunday so as to get the products and not go scrambling the rest of the week trying to find products. Anyhoo, the answer to your question is that the catalina doesnt update until like 15 or 20 after midnight. We had a prob about 4 weeks ago with that cottonelle deal, cuz the RR didn’t print about 2-3 mins after midnite and I was panicking cuz it was an unavertised deal. But as the mgr was refunding me the cottonelle we heard that CAt machine make some sounds and he said that it was updating. So we tried it again and SUCCESS! Our RR printed! Hope that helps!:)

I would like to help other people using the discount with a few pointers I have picked up but I am especially interested in finding out which X/$X RR are triggered by an amount spent and which are triggered by quantity. I had a manager tell me when the RR doesn’t print on X/$X it is because it is not supposed to and refuse me the RR. You will have to do separate transaction for each box of crackers to get the RR deals. If you ring up more than one box it will only print one RR. Hope that helps!

Help! I’m confused. The coupons in the Walgreen’s monthly savings book, are they store coupons or manufacturers’ coupons, or some of both? In one store I was able to stack coupons(book coupon + manufacturer’s coupon) and in another store for the same items I was not. I know this question is a bit off topic, but the new book is coming out and I ‘d like to know how best to use it.
There is a $1 off Q for the Applied Triple Calcium in the boxes of the Anti-Aging pills they had on RR a few weeks back. Makes it a $1 MM, and who doesn’t need to take calcium?
There is also a $5 coupon in the June Walgreens monthly book for Applied Nutrition Supplements. Maybe a $6 MM with both coupons.
Also look for the Vitamins and Supplements booklet at Walgreens for another -$1 MQ for Applied Nutritions Supplements.

The OFF mosquito repellant… In the ad it says “Less coupon in store $1” There is a coupon in the May coupon booklet for $1 off but it says it expires 5/28. This ad starts 5/29 so is there another OFF coupon in the June coupon booklet or are they going to honor the one from May’s?

The store manager where I shop said that he would provide rainchecks for as if his store was out. Items with RR he gives me the after RR price on the raincheck. He says that the store is moving product, and the vendors reimburse so it is not a problem for him. He offered I didn’t even have to ask.
I went into my store last Tuesday to order Right Guard stuff for the sale & they told me that any special orders have to be placed the Monday before the sale starts to get them by the week of the sale! Not sure if that’s the truth! But that’s what I was told… hope this helps!

you will get sale prices only. RR’s are updated on sunday morning. Catalina company controls that and is separate from walgreens
