I also found a sheet of Walgreens coupons for L’Oreal makeup in our newspaper today. Unfortunately, my Mom bought the paper and I don’t know which one it was. Should I assume that my total post Walgreens coupons needs to be $15 or will it still generate the RR precoupon?
