do we have to buy two products for 1 coupon or either one? target has the make up remover on sale.
Try using baby shampoo to remove your eye makeup. I’ve been using it for 20 years and it works great, I’m sure it won’t irritate your eyes either! Much cheaper than any other eye makeup remover.
Just asn FYI regarding this coupon…..I used it this morning at Rite Aid and it would not scan on the two mascaras I was buying that were priced at $5.99 on sale. Apparently the fine print states the coupon is only valid on a cosmetic purchase valued at $7 or more. Since the mascara was regularly priced at $7.49, I argued that it should work. The manager refused. Very tricky coupon with very strange wording! YMMV
