Hi i have tried several time to print the coupons from red plum and this is what pops up “You need the latest Java (TM) run time Environment, would you like to update now?”
When I select ok it doesn’t do any thing and doesn’t print either..Is any one else getting this message?
Their coupons now are using Java. I would maybe try a different browser to install – so FF if you are using IE or visa versa. Sometimes that works for me.
I usually use Firefox and I had the same problem. When I clicked the option to update Java,nothing happened. However, when I switched to Internet Explorer and clicked to update Java, it actually worked. Java updated and then I could print my coupons without any problem.

Firefox seems to be an issue for me, too. Sometimes it will work, sometimes not.
