This is what my husband and I have been doing for over 2 years now. We stream Amazon Instant Video through our Sony BluRay player since it is WiFi enhanced. By using the internet router we have from UVerse, we are able to stream not just Amazon Internet Video through the BluRay player but a variety of other things including YouTube. The only thing my husband misses are his sports, since our TV won’t pick up any local stations even with the “signal enhancer things” (I forget what they are called).

As a side note, I will add a precaution that Amazon changes sometimes what videos are included in the Instant Video. For instance, one month you may be able to stream all seasons of a TV show for free, and the next month, only one season is avaliable to stream free and the rest you have to pay for. Or vice versa. I would keep that in mind.

Never pay for cable again!!!

Last month, I quit Netflix because I have amazon prime, it’s less money with more perks I save a lot of money through out the year from amazon prime and I didn’t want both. I have to say I don’t miss Netflix
