Ok, now I know I have been doing way too much for the holiday. I saw the headline without looking at the picture and when I saw “elf” makeup, I thought to myself, aww, how cute, makeup to dress yourself up like a Christmas elf. LOL

I got to the check out part but it won’t take off the shipping charge..and I know you said if this is your first order they will waive it. How can I get that done?

They have a live chat feature – I’d just use it to speak to a customer service rep on-line and have them manually adjust your order.
I tried talking to a live chat person and she said I would have to call customer service 🙁
Maybe their live chat regular customer service aren’t there for the holiday or something????
