The shipping on their webstie says $2 per item. How did you get it for .99?
Debbie – for these two items the shipping is just $.99. Just click on the items and read the description.
While the description says $0.99, I’m seeing $2.00 for shipping all the way up to where I try to check out. Is there a promo code we might be missing?
No $.99 shipping for me 🙁 It says $.99 in the description but when I purchased mine it charged me $2.00. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again. While $2.00 is a great price saying $.99 and then charging $2.00 doesn’t sit well with me.
Hmmm, use their live customer service on-line and ask them to credit you the $1.01. Their live customer service is really helpful, I’ve used it before.

Just got finished with customer service (online chat) and was given the option to have $1.00 credit to my card or for No More Rack. They were very friendly but if you don’t have about 30-45 minutes to get it taken care of wait till you do. It too them quite awhile to look up my order but it bother me…I just did other things on the computer while I waited.:)
Glad you got it resolved! I think the long wait might be because of the holiday. I have used it twice (because I had screwed something up) and it took about 10 minutes each time. I’m guessing they are busier than normal. Glad it was fixed! 🙂
