Just a heads up if you want items from this site for Christmas. If it is coming from their global wherehouse it takes forever. I would be surprised if it arrived before christmas. Most of the items domship fromout of the US. At least in my expeience with them…

Yes – they have awesome customer service, live on line. Just go right on there and tell them you are having a problem and they’ll add it to your account. I had to use that feature because one time I added the credit and then changed my mind and it wouldn’t show back up. So, they added back to my account. 🙂
Now the credit is showing up but it’s telling me I need to spend $30. My total is $30 with shipping.
