I signed up for the firs time (FL-Jacksonville area) and it only gave me a $3 credit. 🙁
Give me the name and e-mail you signed up with and I’ll e-mail them. Not sure why that happened to you , but just send it to me and I’ll have them add your $2 in. 🙂
I also signed up and only got $3 .. better than nothing though 🙂 Thanks for the link
I actually go an e-mail from Eversave. They are awesome. They actually saw Meghan’s comment and they let me know that there were some wacky computer glitches this morning.
Please e-mail me ([email protected]) with the e-mail and name you used to sign up and they will manually add the $2. 🙂
I purchased a save with them a few weeks ago and it was the worst customer service ever- I would highly discourage anyone from ordering from them. Sorry…
I’m sorry to hear that Sandi, I have purchased at least 25 Saves from them this year alone and have never had a problem. They have always been very friendly and helpful. I’ve also given quite a few as gifts and I haven’t heard any complaints from my gift recipients either.
And I think the fact that they saw the post, saw the comment and e-mailed me to tell me they wanted to manual adjust the accounts that didn’t properly get the extra $2 says a great deal. I don’t know of many companies who would do that.
That’s so weird, I purchased a save from them about a month ago and had major issues with the store for the save. Anyway, I must have emailed and called eversave 10 times over a 2 week period before someone finally called me back. And then, when they finally did contact me they couldn’t solve the problem…they couldn’t seem to get a hold of the company either. Finally, I received the gift but it took a lot of calling/contacting/emailing on my part- where I thought they should have been more on top of things and taken care of it. Glad you had a good experience but I didn’t…and now I was supposed to receive a free gift from the original company in return for all the aggravation and I haven’t received it.
