Does Walgreen allow the use of the B1G1 coupon in a B1G1 sale??
I know CVS does, but I wonder if the computer beeps at Walgreen’s, I had have a hard time using coupons at in my local walgreens, i got so frustrated i stopped and started to do all my coupon shopping at CVS…
I’ve never had any luck with using a B1G1 on a B1G1 sale, but here’s the policy. Walgreens is way frustrating (and why in the world is only one checkout open at a time!?) 🙂

I was fortunate to find 2 last bottles at my 3rd Walgreens stop today. Coupon was scanned and it asked the cashier to enter the value (up to $5.99). Hiccup free use of the BIGI coupon today.
I got a raincheck. My Walgreens was wiped clean.
My Walgreens questioned the B1G1 coupon on a B1G1 sale, but I asked them to scan it “just in case” and it went through just fine (of course!) and the cashier and manager looked on in amazement at the deal. If the coupon beeps and they’re skeptical to start with, I’d suggest going to a different store.
I did this yesterday and got the last two left. The cashier was surprised that my total was $0.00. How often does that happen. Happy I got this free. Thank you. I didn’t have an issue. He just scanned it and it came right off. No issues
As an extreme couponer myself and part time worker at Walgreens, always ask the workers (if you are going to have a lot of couponing to do) to see if someone will help check you out at cosmetics, or even photo. More than likely they will 🙂 My Walgreens loves coupons!
