my store did not let me get both. They said it was an error and no matter how I explained it they said no, i had to pay for the other one. I even did 2 separate orders. They said they are reporting it to the help center but only one free per email and per house
I work at Walgreens. They’re not allowed to do that. It’s an online deal and in-store has different codes for the weeks sales on pictures.so picking up your orders in-store has no way of saying you can not use the codes on 2 orders. I would call customer service and complain. Sorry about that!
You should have refused to pay for your other one, that’s ridiculous. It’s ALREADY printed, not much they can do about it. They can’t force you to pay for it.

I refused to pay for the other one! She said they would throw it away then. plus the cost for a 8 x 10 instore was 3.49 and online was 2.99. She said I would have to pay the 3.49. I was not very happy. I explained that there was 2 different codes online and they didnt care. I asked to speak to the mgr and the mgr said it was a mistake and they will not give me both for free. She said they got a note from corporate saying no. it was a mistake. Ugh!
It wasn’t a mistake – one code was sent via text and the other was on their website. I’m sure they were just trying to determine how many people respond to text compared to via the site. I wouldn’t have paid for it either!
