I did this deal this morning and no, it did not print. However, i went back to the store, and the manager told me that it did not print because I was using another RR from another deal, and that as long as I bought a filler the RR would go towards the filler and I would get a new RR from the cold meds. I told her I’ve never heard of that or had that problem but she said all I needed to do was use my $5/2 q, my RR i was using from my shave gel, AND a filler. Anyone have any thoughts??

Does Walgreens have the ability to print rr? If you were to show them you did the transaction correctly according to the ad, are they able to print rr for you?
This explains why it didn’t work for me this morning! However, the manager who was checking me out was so baffled by the whole thing that he ended up triggering the Reward for me by putting through another transaction & then voiding it. If you have a nice staff, you might want to ask why you’re not getting reward – it can’t hurt, and it’s not as if we are breaking store policy by using the coupon and wanting the reward that’s advertised.

I didn’t realize that the q’s were rung up this way, so when my hubby came back home with NO RR I did take my order back & they voided & rerung up for RR’s. I didn’t have a problem with it.
I also did then transaction and the RR did not print but the manager just printed out the RR for me, no problem.
I did something like this last night with the biore coupon buy one get one Q, but then you buy 2 get a 5 RR, there were a ton of people there and he rang them all up together since it wasnt printing the RR, and he just gave me a gift card for the full amount.
I tried this tonight, and what a trip it was. The cashier was new and I had to tell her what a Register Reward was. When it didn’t print she called the manager up and he was completely baffled. He ended up giving me a $5 gift card. So it worked out for me to do it once, but it’s really too bad it doesn’t work because I have 2 more of those Q’s.
buy the sudafed om nasel mist for 4.99 each, use the 4.00 off sudafed om. buy 2 use 2 coupons, pay .99 each. get back 5.00rr. $3.00mm. I did this deal today.
Will Catalina still send a RR if the coupon that you used has the 992 in it? How many Catalinas will they send? I just got a RR from Catalina for the Oral B toothbrush deal and the letter said limit of one RR per offer.
This is an unusual situation but I think they’ll still send it. They may only send you one so I don’t think I’d risk it more than once.
I asked the cashier to manually enter the q for me as a $5 vendor coupon, rather than scanning it and my rr printed just fine. The Benadryl is regular priced $4.69 at my store, so it made it a small mm. 🙂

I did this deal 3x and each time I had the same problem but I just explained to the cashier that I’m supposed to receive a RR and he had the manager work on the cash register and then the RR printed out! They did not make me feel bad or anything he just said it was strange but that’s fine I brought it to his attention.
