Screen Shot 2014-04-11 at 2.00.02 PMHere is the Walgreens weekly ad sneak peek for 4/13. You have to be part of the Walgreens Balance Rewards program to get these deals and prices. Sign up on-line and simply use your phone number in store or even your mobile phone with the Walgreens App. Be sure to check your paper for a 20% off regularly priced items Walgreens coupon. Some areas will have this in their papers.

boosterWe also have a nice Points Booster that will run from Sunday 4/13 thru Tuesday 4/15. You can get $5 (5,000) in Walgreens Balance Rewards points when you spend $25. In the past these have traditionally been after Walgreens coupons but BEFORE manufacturers coupons. So we’ll have some AWESOME deals.

If you need a coupon you can checkout MyCouponHunter or eBay HERE. If you are looking for a coupon for an item not in the ad, try my coupon database. Enjoy!

I’m not familiar with the vanilla visa gift card. Is there an activation fee or any fees associated with them. Can you use it at Walgreens and still get points and stuff if I were to just buy them for myself. Does anyone know? Also then with the $5 Walgreens gift card can I get points and such when I would use that?

Hi Kelly – in the past when I have purchased these for gifts I seem to remember there being a fee that was in the $5 range. So, it only makes sense if you are going to give one anyway. As for Walgreens gift cards – if it’s truly a gift card you should earn your points. If you ever end up with a refund on a walgreens card you won’t earn points in the store when you use it to pay – however you can call Balance Rewards and they will manually load your points for you. Hope that helped! 🙂

One more question 🙂 can you do the $25.00 get $5 in points deal more than once ? Do two different transactions ? Will it work on the same card?

Hi Christie I have a questions regarding points. If my Walgreens changes it’s prices Saturday afternoon, will I get the points for a deal that starts the next day?
