Just wondering if anyone knows for the Huggies RR does it have to be $25 exact or can it be under a couple of cents. I know with CVS you can be under a couple of cents and it will still trigger the EB. I’m thinking of getting 2 goodnight packs ($9.49 ea.) and the wipes ($5.99) my total would be $24.97. Thanks in advance!

I have a question, if I buy (2) loreal face makeup the first one for $10.99 and the second one will ring up $5 49 and use the walgreens jan. Booklet will it deduct $4.00 or will only deduct $2.00?

For the Cortaid deal, there’s also a $2 off coupon on page 13 of this week’s Wags circular that you can stack with the $3 off Mfg Q making for a nice $1.01 money-maker!!!

You Guys are awesome!..I am new to the coupon world and I am so amazed @ the savings!..Thank you for your posts! I live in NYC and its hard to get the savings like other states do but every little bit helps!..When Irene says “Money Maker”..do they give you the overage or would you purchase an item for that amount?

Amy January 23, 2012 at 12:53 am

Usually the money makers are in the form of Register Rewards, so you buy the item and use a coupon and the RR you get back is for more than you paid. They usually won’t actually give you cash back. But RR are almost as good as cash 🙂

To get to the $25, is that before or after coupons?

IOW, is it $25 retail or $25 after all coupons, RR, etc have been applied?

Thanks!

Jennifer January 24, 2012 at 6:53 pm

Bob, to get the $25, it is before coupons and any RR’s you are using. It is AFTER sale price, though.

Jennifer January 24, 2012 at 6:52 pm

There is also a $1/1 Benefiber coupon inside the Wags Digestive Health booklet (found back by the pharmacy), so you can actually get them for $1.50 each after RR & coupons!

I just went to Walgreens and tried to use my Cortaid $3 off MQ and they (the manager took the cashiers word) said that it was only good at Walmart. The cashier said that if I would have looked before I cut it out that on the side it said that it was only good at Walmart, does anyone remember seeing this? It says no where on the Q that it is redeemable only at Walmart!?

Didn’t see this on the coupon, but from a few other sites it looks as though no one is having any luck with that coupon scanning right. I don’t know if it’s the barcode or something else.
