I have a 24 hour Walgreens in my neighborhood and i am wondering if it is standard for them to reboot the systems like 15-20mins after midnight to print the new RR deals? Do you know if that is standard across all stores or if this is different in each store?
I can only speak for my store, but the system reboots every night around midnight (usually startes about 11:45) & doesn’t come back up until 12:15 or so (I usually wait until 12:20 to be safe).
Thank you. Maybe I’ll call and ask the store manager to be sure. It’s too bad that it just seems that the managers out here are very annoyed with us couponers and are not very forth coming with information.
Best to ask at your store. The store near my house doesn’t get sales prices for Sunday until 5am Sunday morning.

When Walgreen’s has a sale for buy one get one 50% off and you have a coupon for buy one get one free for that item is the amount deducted for the coupon supposed to be the full price item or the half price item?
It’s usually for the full price of the item. My receipt usually shows 2 full priced items and at the bottom it shows
-50% whatever item it was. HTH
I have a coupon I got from a tear-pad at Dollar General and am trying to decide if I can use it at Wags:

There is a Dollar General logo on the bottom, however, it does not say “Redeem only at”. The bar code is: 0038000-091836.

i had the same coupon. i cut off the dollar general logo at the bottom & used it at another store with no problems. hope that helps 🙂

I’ve bee pretty disappointed with wags other than the recent revlon deals but this week really looks promising. I still have the facebook q’s for free pantene shampoo or conditioner (have 2 one from my account and 1 from my friends) really looking forward to the free gum and the cheap gummy bears (my daughter loves them) and I noticedwhen I gave her a bath this evening that we are almost out of baby wash and am loving the plastic tumblers (will use them for halloween treats for my sons class). Also really looking forward to the free razors and childrens nightime cough and cold. Yay wags! You are officially my favorite store again.
Christie there was a $1/1 Any Softsoap Brand Body Wash 12 oz or larger in the Walgreens summer beauty book 🙂 It was the only Manufacture Q in the book, the rest were Walgreens Q’s. It doesn’t expire until 10/31/11. If you use two of these and stack with the WAGS Q you get these for $1! 🙂

On the “Walgreens Vitamins & Supplements Booklet x5/31/12” . . . are these Wags’ or manufacturer coupons? No redemption address so they seem like store coupons. I’d try stack a manufacturer coupon with them just to find out, but I have the most coupon UNfriendly Walgreen’s on earth! (Shocker, but I once cancelled a deal at the register when they wouldn’t stack a monthly store coupon on a manufacturer coupon, and I have been frowned upon ever since.)
