NEW Diabetes & You Magazine!

by Christie Bisbee on February 21, 2011

There is a new Diabetes & You magazine for Spring. This one is actually titled “Heart Health & You”.

This one does not have a wrap around and all the coupons inside are manufacturer coupons. You can find this FREE magazine in the pharmacy area or near the diabetic supplies. I’m excited for another Colgate coupon and you VERY rarely find a MQ for alli. Here’s what we got this time…

-$5/1 alli 90ct Starter Pack, Diabetes & You Spring 2011 x8/31

-$2/1 Benefiber Product, Any Diabetes & You Spring 2011 x5/31

-$1/1 Colgate Total Toothpaste 4oz+, Diabetes & You Spring 2011 x5/30

-$1/1 Coricidin Product, Any Diabetes & You Spring 2011 x6/30

-$2/1 Energizer EZ Change or EZ Turn & Lock Hearing Aid Batteries, Diabetes & You Spring 2011 x6/30

-$1/1 OraMoist, Diabetes & You Spring 2011 x6/30

-$.50/1 Simply Lemonade, Orange or Apple, any size $.50 off, x6/30/11

-$2/1 Walgreens by Ace Brand Product, Diabetes & You Spring 2011, Any x6/30

Do these coupons have the Walgreens logo on them? Or can we use them at any grocery store?

They do say “redeem at Walgreens” but they are MQs. It will just depend on the policy of the store you want to use them at. Colgate does have a logo.

Hi Christie,

Love your blog but am wondering where these magazines are usually located? I’ve looked around cosmetics, by pharmacy, around the photo/magazine section and by the diabetes products. Do some stores just not display them? I’ve been to 3 stores near my house with no luck on my quest hunting the baby coupon book–it’s like my stores just do not put marketing items out. I finally did find a manager who said his store was out of the baby book–claimed only 10 were sent to the store. I ask the cosmetics counter folks and the store managers, when available, but with the one exception mentioned above, they always think I am talking about the monthly coupon book. Do you have any tips?

Thanks!

The Infant Care Books are about as hard to find as a four leaf clover! But the diabetes magazines should be much easier.

Try asking at the pharmacy. I often find them either on the counter in pharmacy or in the pharmacy waiting area.

At one store I asked at pharmacy and they had had them behind the counter in plastic! They never even put the out (and this was the Winter book and this just happened last week!).

Can you add the coupon codes for each item. My store does not require the coupon to be present. I have the baby book and will post the coupon list with coupon codes shortly

Or store always has the books gone before I can get one or they say they did not get any or have not seen them. Can we get them from Walgreens corporate? If so, how do we contact them?
