If I purchase an item using register rewards and there is a MIR offer – will I get the original price refunded or only the amount I paid oop? (I purchsed vitamins for $14 I used RR and paid .34 cash)

If I purchase an item mostly with RR and a few cents oop and then need to return it or exchange it, do I get the original amount back or just the oop $ that I paid?

In response to your 2nd question, I did a huge shop on Thanksgiving with over 20 transactions. I gave many of those items to my kids for Christmas. I had to return 2 items. The manager gave me store credit for the original amount of the item. I was really surprised since I paid just a few cents oop, used mostly RR and it was a month later. Make sure you save your receipts.
I find with Walgreens, most things also depend on the manager of the store.

I know from my experience–I purchased about 6 items and used combination of coupons & RR’s–it refunded the full price of the item as it asked for it to be circled on receipt. So you should get the full amount back!
I hope people are not purposely buying products with RR and then purposely returning them later for the full price. That would be illegal in most states and unethical. It also is the kind of behavior that will force Walgreens to stop its RR program. Please don’t be theives, which you are if you are doing this.

They are talking about refunding for Mail-in-Rebates, not returning the product to the store, and whether they send you the rebate for the full amount listed if you use coupons when you purchase the items.
