Hi Christie! I just got back on doing last week’s deals (the P&G one – 5000 points wyb 420) and something was missing in my receipt. The cashier said that the deals have to be over $20 AFTER coupons for the points to kick in. She said that they’ve been tightening their rules. Have you heard of any news about the points system getting reworked?
Sadly, If I’m not getting my points, I’ll be returning some items.
Thank you for everything!

discount is after store coupons, not MFG coupons. Unless they just changed it this week, but I doubt it. In my state, mfg coupons are treated like tender (cash, credit, etc), which is why you get taxed on the amount that was covered by the coupon. That also means points should be earned before you enter mfg coupons.
If was a digital Mfg coupon that didn’t go thru, go to Walgreens.com. I had that happen one time and they were able to see I had the coupon, and gave me the equivalent of points to make up for the inconvience

No, that’s not correct – sometimes staff makes stuff up when they don’t know the answer. Just call Walgreens Balance Rewards and ask them to credit you your missing points. 🙂

And also, I added paperless Qs in account but they never kicked in the transaction.

I was also told the same thing today that I had to meet the total after coupons. Is there any place that I could find the statement mentioned above about meeting the total before coupons to qualify for the points? I’ve read their policy and it’s not there.
