The employees at Walgreens here in Colorado say we can’t not receive register rewards on a products if we use a register reward from prior purchase. The employess also say if we pay with store rewards then we will not get the register rewards in that purchase either. I see in most of your scenarios, you show how to use the register rewards and store rewards to purchase items while being able to receive more register rewards in same transaction. The Walgreens here in Colorado says it is not allowed. Where can I find the store policy in this area for this matter. Thank you and love Wildforwags.
Thanks Serena! So sorry you are dealing with that – yes you can use a Register Reward to pay for an item that produces a Register Reward. As long as it’s not for the same item/deal.
Did you actually do this and they denied giving you the new RR? The new RR should print for you. I would contact corporate and let them know. That sounds like the employees or more likely the manager of that store is creating their own rules. 🙁
