Can you request the cashiers to hit the subtotal button on the new registers after IVCs, but before MFG coupons in order to reach the $30? As this morning, I did not receive the 5,000 BR points because my subtotal after IVC & MFG coupons was just under $30 ($29.73……yep, I missed out due to being $0.27 short) and I did not noticed until I left the store. Should I call corporate to request the 5,000 BR points as my subtotal before MFGs would have been over $30 ($32.73)?

I did a transaction last night where I used two IVCs and did not get my 5000 points because I was slightly under $30. I returned everything and did not use IVCs and it gave me the points. Gonna do it again tonight.

My subtotal stated 30.42 but my 5000 pts did not credit, when I called customer service he said the “usable value” was 29. 82…..so I missed out and I still can’t figure out why….Also, the man at customer service stated that the reward was suppose to be for 30 or more after coupons, etc. Just thought I would post was customer service was saying.

Do you know if I can use register rewards to keep my oop cost down on this transaction will I still qualify for the 5000 points?

Yes, you can! I used a couple of Register Rewards and still got the bonus points.

When I asked for an acutal card in the store, they did not know how to attach it to my on-line sign up.

Maybe just give your phone number until they can figure it out or try a different store.

Yeah when I went in Monday the cashier didn’t know how to do it/said they couldn’t do that yet. But when I stopped in yesterday afternoon a different cashier was working and was able to do it for me! Maybe ask for a manager –they should know how to attach it.

They did mine last night. When I put my phone number in there was a button that asked if she wanted to add a card to the account.

The neosporin is $2 off in my sales ad. Is it $2 off each or both? Is the $6,99 the regular or sale price? Thanks

I bought 6 Cottonell packs and used the wags coupons t take $6 off. I did not get the points because the wags coupons are store coupons and we only get points when we use manufactures coupons. That is what I was told! I did get a $3 rr. So frustrating!!!

Amber September 26, 2012 at 4:16 pm

it’s not that you don’t get points when you use wags coupons it’s that with promotions that say buy x amount you have to have the x amount after any wags coupons used but before any manufactures coupons are used. So say for this specific deal you had $30 worth of stuff before any coupons but then you used a $1 wags IVC coupon (the coupon book). so the computer actually sees your total as $29 not $30. hope this makes sense

Yes thank you! 🙂

I called corporate and they told me that you won’t get the points if you use the store coupons that are on the ad. It has to be $30 before taxes too or you won’t get the points either.

man Q’s won’t mess up the points. you’ll still get the points

I did this yesterday and I did 4 transactions each at $30.00 before coupons. Each time I recieved the 5,000pts for the spend $30 and recieved the RR. My RR rewards that I used to offset the OOP cost did not affect my points. It is like using a manufactuers coupon. One snag.. Rewards card does have a limit… the card will only allow you to do 30 items per day. The computer actually told me to come back tomorrow.

I just went and my total was just over 31.00 I used some manufacturers coupons and RR’s and I didn’t get the 5000 points. The manager said the 30.00 had to be after coupons and tax. Looking at the scenario above the total is 30.00 and then coupons bring it down and you still get the reward points. Am I missing something?

It has to be over 30 before mft coupons but also before taxes– I think that’s where you might have gotten hung up.

Also, it is a great idea to check the clearance shelf at your Wags. We had toys on clearance for 75% off, food (Progresso soup, cans of shrimp), diabetic lotions (75% off), and beauty lotions at great prices 🙂

was your total 31 with taxes? that’s probably why

Reply

LS September 26, 2012 at 4:47 pm

The $30 dollars does not include the tax. So it is $30+ and then the tax.

Great scenario, Christie! Worked beautifully for me. Did a second one with the two free after RR items, two clearance items, and 3 more packs of Cottonelle. My parents moved in after their house fire two weeks ago. The stockpile is really paying off!

Tried this scenario and the one including the Gillette razor. Both worked beautifully. Thanks!

How long does it take points to show up? I went and purchased maybelline makeup that was buy 2 get 1000 points, and did a transaction over $30 a few days ago and so far my account balance is still zero. Any help?
