I purchased the Vera Wang 8oz bottles for $6.99, however it won’t redeem with Ibotta. The picture shows a full size bottle, but it says any size or variety.
Ibotta has a way to report an error where something should be credited but was not. Be sure to submit your issue thru there.
Hi Pam, I’m not sure what kind of problem you’re having. I already redeemed this ibotta. Make sure you have the offer on your list. When I scanned my receipt it didn’t pick it up automatically. I just clicked “ADD OFFERS” after I scanned the receipt. Then the Vera wang was on my list so I selected it, changed the quantity then I scanned the bottles. This offer already came back into my app and I scanned the bottles I have – Lavender and Green Tea- and they still scan as a match to the offer.
