I just tried this deal and the $5 RR didn’t print for me. 🙁
I checked out in the cosmetics department, which I hate doing for RR deals, but she sucked me in. I wanted to ask her about the $5 RR not printing, but I don’t have any proof that it is a current deal (like the catalina you pictured stating the rewards deal). I did have the 7,000 Bonus BR catalina, so it was still a very good deal that I got, I was just really hoping to score an *amazing* deal with also receiving the RR back.
Anyone else have any problems with the RR printing for them? Do you think it may have been because I checked out at the cosmetics counter? Because I have experienced the same issue in the past with RR not printing when I checked out at the pharmacy counter in the back of the store.
I would just call Walgreens Balance Rewards – tell then you have an advertisement for the RR, since they were printing at checkout. And that you should have gotten the $5. Most of the time they will credit you the $5 in points (even though it was supposed to be a RR). They’ll look up your transaction. Good Luck!
