I found lots of gum and candy on clearance at Walgreens. Gum for 13 & 14 cents a package and 3 packs of juicy fruit for 30 cents. You just need to look for those bright orange tags in the candy isle.
There is also a 1/2 of the multipacks of orbit extra or 5 gum in the 1/7 RP
