I just did this deal today. The store I went to didn’t have enough of the less expensive Hawaiian Tropic razors but the Quatro’s I found had a bonus razor so I didn’t feel too bad about spending the extra $1 per package. But great bonus for me- I got TWO coupons for tickets. Maybe the extra $3 I paid for the higher priced packages did it?
