I didn’t think you could use reward points on a transaction hat prints out a register reward

Yes, you can – in fact it’s a great way to go back and forth between the two. You can use RR on a transaction that prints RR and you can use points on a transaction that prints RR. You just can’t use point and earn points.

You actually can I went to Walgreens today and purchased the speed stick gear. After I bought the first one I went back in line and purchased the second one just to see if it works and I actually got another $2 in register rewards. So the Speed Stick cost 4.79 its on sale for 2.99. Used the $2 off coupon from this site, and ended up paying 0.79cents + tax. Recieved $2 in register rewards. So I actually earned over $1 back.

does it tie to your card, or can you do that Gear twice in two transactions?

No, it doesn’t tie to your card, like CVS. So, you can do it more than once. 🙂
