*HOT* Fitbit Flex Wireless Activity + Sleep Tracker As Low As $69.99 After Points!

by Christie Bisbee on November 30, 2014

FitBit BlackYou can grab an awesome deal right now at Walgreens.com on the Fitbit Flex Wireless Activity + Sleep Tracker after Walgreens Balance Rewards points.

These come in Slate and Black and are priced at $99.99. For whatever reason, although priced the same – the Black Fitbit Flex Wireless Activity + Sleep Tracker gave me $60 back (60,000 Balance Rewards Points) making it just $39.99 shipped!

If you prefer the Slate colored Fitbit Flex it gave me back $30 (30,000 Balance Rewards Points), making it $69.99 shipped, which is really an awesome price. To give you a price comparison, the lowest price on Amazon for these is $89.99!  These are really pretty cool devices.

  • Tracks steps, distance, calories burned and active minutes
  • Monitor how long and well you sleep
  • Wakes you (and not your partner) with a silent wake alarm
  • LED lights show how your day is stacking up against your goal

This is a seriously HOT price for these so if you are interested I wouldn’t wait. Who knows how long this awesome deal will last. Just go HERE to check it out.

The 5,000 AARP is for the new month, which is “technically” tomorrow. I received mine in store today.

Do you also get Jingle cash???

Susan November 30, 2014 at 5:51 pm

Where do you see 60,000 points? It says 30,000 before purchasing.

Amy November 30, 2014 at 6:05 pm

Worked for me and went through Ebates for $4 more back!

Lisa November 30, 2014 at 7:19 pm

Oh darn I always forget to go thru Ebates

Depending on how you redeem your points, the total can be as low as $27.99. I plan to redeem 40k-($50), 18k-($20) & 2k-($2)!

What a great find – thanks for sharing! Just a question – I know that in the store if you are expecting to earn points on your transaction, then you should not pay with points. It is the same concept online and should we not use points to pay so that we get the 60,000 points?

Reply

Ria November 30, 2014 at 8:29 pm

I meant to type “Is it the same concept online?” not “It is”… sorry…

Reply

Kathy November 30, 2014 at 9:55 pm

If you pay with points, you will not get the points. The site clearly pointed this out when I checked out where it asked if I wanted to pay with points.

Hello ladies, I was wondering if one of you guys can walk me through how you got 60,000 points for this deal, I am only getting 30,000 even with ebates? Thanks!

Reply

Kathy November 30, 2014 at 9:57 pm

When you get a little further along in the checkout process (but before actually submitting the order), on the right-hand side in a little box it says eligible for 60,000 points.

Kathy November 30, 2014 at 9:58 pm

And going through ShopatHome instead of Ebates gives you 15% cashback instead of 4%.

Kathy November 30, 2014 at 10:15 pm

Last comment…it has to be the black one to get the 60,000 points.

Kathy November 30, 2014 at 9:53 pm

I went through Shopathome which said the cash back right now for Walgreens is 15%!!!I I also got 5000 AARP points. So 99.99-60-5-15 equals $19.99. Awesome deal.

Duplicatem07 November 30, 2014 at 10:49 pm

Kathy, it would be $8: 100-$15(shop at home), 5k ($5 aarp), and the $72 in points if you redeem in a certain way!

Kathy December 1, 2014 at 5:47 pm

That is true!!! I just have such trouble buying $50 worth of product (after Wags Qs and not including products that generate points), that I didn’t calculate with that in mind!

Christie Hardcastle December 1, 2014 at 8:52 pm

Even I usually don’t buy in large transactions if there isn’t like Jingle Cash or something like that so I usually just stick to $1 – 1,000 pts.

Just an FYI I did this deal early yesterday, have my email confirmation that for 2 I would be getting 120,000 points, the order has shipped and no points were added to my account. I just called them and acted like that was too many points for this item and are asking me to give them a couple of days to see if they apply.

Reply

Amy December 1, 2014 at 8:12 pm

Christie, in your experience will Wags honor the email confirmations we received?

Reply

Christie Hardcastle December 1, 2014 at 8:51 pm

I would contact Walgreens Balance Rewards if you have an issue. I find them WAY more friendly and helpful that just calling regular customer service and they’ve always made things right when I’ve had problems with points in the past.

C December 1, 2014 at 10:32 pm

I only received 30,000 points for my order. I’ve emailed Wags Balance Rewards about whether the 60,000 points will be honored or if I need to return it :(.

Lisa December 2, 2014 at 10:38 pm

I also only received the 30,000 points (plus the 5,000 AARP points) and I emailed them with the same question with their email attached It will be interesting to see if they honor it or if I have to return it…

anne December 2, 2014 at 1:29 pm

I also only got the 30,000. Was anyone successful at getting the 60,000? If so, what route did you take in contacting them? I had to pay for shipping (in Hawaii) so I don’t really want to return it. It was $12.99 for shipping.

Reply

Heather December 2, 2014 at 4:34 pm

I ordered 2 of them and the order confirmation says 120000 points but my account was only credited 60000.

Reply

Amy December 2, 2014 at 10:43 pm

I was on hold for 45 min and finally told to email my order confirmation to consumer relations. Heard nothing back yet. 🙁

Reply

Susan December 2, 2014 at 11:15 pm

Yes, my confirmation said 60K points and today after it was shipped only got 30K. Is there a way to fix this? I know it sounds like too good of a deal but GNC had them for $39.99 also. Thought Walgreens was matching that price with points.

Just a note to say I sent Walgreens a email (with the copy of their email attached) and received one back today that they were going to credit my account with the additional 30,000 points and that they were very sorry… Lisa

Christie Hardcastle December 3, 2014 at 3:17 pm

Yay! Glad they added your points. I always find that the Balance Rewards customer service is very helpful.

Cherie December 3, 2014 at 3:05 pm

I bought 3 of these on Sunday and only received 30,000 points for each one. I sent them an email yesterday and asked for an additional 90,000 points to be added to my account and they did it. They sent me an email last night and I received a follow up phone call this morning confirming that they added the points. 🙂

Reply

Christie Hardcastle December 3, 2014 at 3:18 pm

Awesome! Glad they honored the deal and glad you got your points!

Reply

Heather December 3, 2014 at 5:34 pm

What email address are you sending to. I sent a message through the website and haven’t gotten a response. Still missing 60000 points 🙁

Reply

Lisa December 3, 2014 at 6:49 pm

I sent the email I received from Walgreens (which shows the 60,000 points) to:
[email protected]

Tara Oppelt December 3, 2014 at 7:54 pm

I just got off the phone with customer service and they said they would NOT honor the 60,000 points. They said it was an error and I could return it if I would like. I guess I will try emailing customer service. Thanks for the advice!

Reply

Jacob December 4, 2014 at 2:24 pm

Tara you need to call the balance rewards number not the direct walgreens number. be very polite!!! And just keep insisting. . . And tell them that you have the email that states you were going to recieve 60k for each band. I just got 180K deposited in my account! For purchasing three bands!

Amy December 4, 2014 at 7:50 pm

I just called and it took all of 2 minutes on the phone to get it corrected.

Did anyone else go through ShopatHome and actually get the 15% cashback? I have submitted a “missing cashback” report to ShopatHome, but haven’t yet received an answer.

Reply

anne December 10, 2014 at 12:08 pm

I accidentally redeemed 5000 points that I had earned and will not receive any points. They did give me a “courtesy” of 30,000 points, but I will be returning my FitBit. I have called and chatted and they basically say “too bad”. It’s a stupid rule. I would understand if earning and redeeming would reduce the item to $0, but it didn’t.
