This didn’t prompt for me when I purchased the viva vantage (2 of the 6packs) how can I get this resolved if it’s not an advertised in ad deal? Is this only working for regular viva ?

Interesting – the Vantage worked for me on Sunday. Sometimes it’s different packaging with a different UPC that might not have been coded for the RR. Either way, glad you got it! 🙂
