Looks like they fixed it already =( Just tried it at my store and no RR printed.
Yes, this deal is dead, tried here in Chicago this morning, thankfully the caisher refunded and gave my coupon back and re rung the toothpaste, paid $3 got $3 back, good enough for me still free
