Due to folks DD yesterday there are NO Nature Made Adult Gummies or Nature made Vitamelts at any of the 8 Walgreens around my house…. Hoping they get more in this week…

I spent $75.03 after all walgreens coupons and BEFORE tax and only got a $10 Jingle Cash. We looked over the receipt and couldn’t figure out why. I thought maybe it had something to do with the mars holiday candies because they were 49 cents each and I used several $1/2…I thought that might have taken it down lower than $75. They were not busy, so they said they would void the whole thing and ring it again. (Totally their idea).
So that time I added 4 more candies and didn’t use coupons on those 4. My new total was $76.99. I still only got a $10 Jingle Cash instead of $15. I’m going to call the number here in a bit to see what’s up.
I did not have dairy or gift cards or tobacco. I bought: 4 belvita, 4 nabisco crackers, mars chocolates, mentos, conair straightener, scruni hair clips, 2 sugar, 1 flour, 3 kleenex, 2 schick razors, 4 carmex, dawn. I did not use points to pay. I did use 34 RR, but that shouldn’t matter…right?

Was anything in your purchase price modified in any way? Like when they have to adjust an item by a 1¢?

I bought the straightener in a transaction that was over $100 AFTER wags qs and I only got $15 jc. Same thing happened when I bought ink. I am guessing the staightener and ink are not working for some unknown reason.

Every single one of the Walgreens within a 25 mile radius near me (so 15 stores) have been wiped clean of any and all Nature Made Vitamelts and Gummies….. I am so so bummed out that I couldnt get my TWO items.

So sad I can’t use all those coupons, my store limits to 3 and that includes RR. I went to another Walgreens and I pay with RR and the manager came over and took away the RR I had earned, because according to him that’s Walgreens new policy so I told him that I wanted to return everything and to give me my coupons, RR, and money, he didn’t want to but after awhile of me showing him the Walgreens Policy that i had with me he returned my money and coupons.

A lot of the managers seem to be unaware of the coupon policy. Some don’t know how to adjust the coupons down if they exceed the price of the item, others don’t realize you can use (2) coupons on a BOGO item, and one manager told me I could only use (1) Nature Made coupon in my transaction b/c the coupon stated “one coupon per purchase”. I showed him other coupons I had that stated the same thing, but he wouldn’t budge. Sometimes when you show them the coupon policy it helps, but not for all. I’ve done quite a few walks outs lately b/c of the issues I’m having with these managers not knowing what they’re talking about.

I couldn’t get them to adjust the coupon down to the price of the item on Saturday. The manager told me that if I bought another Scotch product I could use the $5 coupon – & surprise – that didn’t work either. I’m tired of buying unnecessary things to make a deals work and have also walked away empty handed because every manager’s story is different.

Just did a transaction at my local Walgreens that should’ve prompted a $5 Jingle Cash. When I asked the manager about it, he tried to tell me that your total must be $30 after cpns. I told him that as far as I knew, it was after Walgreens cpns but not MFG cpns. He told me that wasn’t the case, handed me my receipt and walked away. Who do I contact about getting the Jingle Cash that I earned?

Same case here, I bought products worth $52, before tax dint use any Walgreen coupons, but used mqs. But I got $5 jingle cash instead of $10 jingle cash :(. Whom to ask for?

Rajshree das December 2, 2013 at 10:25 am

Sorry for earlier reply. I bought $58 worth of products and used one in ad coupon for sugar. After using mqs the total came down to $37.43. And I got $5 jingle cash instead of $10.

I spent 62.00 about before coupons 37.00 about after and nothing printed…the lady told me nothing had been printing all morning…she said she had forgotten it was suppose to start and checked a lady out that had well over 100.00 and nothing printed for her. I had to call a number and we will see if I get anything…..not looking too good…..

I was under the impression that jingle cash was based on the final amount you pay after all discounts, store coupons, and manufacturer coupons. Has anyone found this to be untrue?

Reply

Shelly December 3, 2013 at 11:09 am

Manufacture coupons are looked at as a form of payment. So, it should be the total after store coupons, but before manufacture coupons. Last night my total was $58 before manufacture coupons and $10 after. I received $10 off $30 jingle cash.

I called customer service today to see if I would get jingle cash if I paid with points. She had to look it up because she didn’t know what jingle cash was. She said she “thinks” I can pay with points and earn them. Does anyone know for sure if I can use points and still earn jingle case?

Where do we find this Jen?

Reply

Jen December 3, 2013 at 12:18 pm

it was on coupon.com a few weeks back with a 12/31 expiration date. Since its a Walgreens coupon you only need one for as many packs as you want.

Amazing! If anyone knows of where I can get one let me know. Is there a code on there I can give them?

I have also had problems with no jingle cash printing out! I made two transactions today, thinking the first one was due to using points, but the second one didn’t print any jingle cash either. What number is everyone calling to find out about this? I think that there is a problem since so many of us were thinking the same, you should get jingle cash after walgreens q’s and before taxes, but has nothing to do with manufacturer q’s.

The register did not print out my Jingle Cash of $15 after I made a purchase of $75. I had to explain to the manager how Jingle Cash works. (It is fully explained on a special Jingle Cash page on the Wags website.) He found a Jingle Cash Q for $15 someone else had left behind – said they did not want it – and he gave it to me. Wags apparently does not have the registers programmed for this promotion – and this is the third day of it. I wonder how many people have not gotten their Jingle Cash and were none the wiser.
