Will Walgreen’s cashiers adjust the coupon to $2.99 or will I need to get something to make up for the $.01?

Adjust – it’s in their coupon policy – bring a copy with you!

They should adjust it.

Is this a reset? It didn’t print for me.

Not a reset. Just want to be sure if people missed it they grab it before everyone starts getting the ad in their paper and it runs out! I know a lot of people have been on vacation and may not have seen my previous post of the coupon. πŸ™‚

Does anyone if the β€œbuy any glade expressions mist refill and get a free starter kit” coupon from the paper can be combined with either the $3 off starter kit or $1 refill coupon? I know they let you use 2 coupons for bogo free items but I’m not sure if that applies when the coupon is for bogo.

I’m pretty sure you could use the $1 off a refill coupon with the B1 refill G1 free starter kit coupon. The B1G1 coupon will apply only to the item you are getting for free and as long as you get the refill it will be valid. However, these deals can be tricky if your cashier isn’t coupon knowledgeable or friendly.

Kandace..that practice is no longer allowed by the manufacturer’s and most have coded their coupons so that the BOGO free is attached to both items. They call using an additional coupon with a BOGO free coupon double dipping and they will not reimburse the store for both coupons.
Target has now put this rule of not accepting the additional coupon in their policy as have many other stores because of this.

If it was an ethical thing to do I’m sure you would have seen it posted here πŸ™‚

Not trying to be rude because I appreciate the response, but that’s why I asked, to see if it was the right thing to do. It has been posted here a couple times. They mentioned they were going to try but idk if they did or not. My guess is that the main reason it hasn’t been posted more often is because so many here want to get these for free so they’d rather print alot of the $3 off coupons and get the kits for free then have to pay oop for the refills.

Nevermind. I’m not going to try using both coupons. I’m just going to take those to target and for $3 I will get 2 refills and 1 kit.

Jan…don’t feel bad because it is a legitimate question and you may in fact be right! Many stores DO allow you to use both coupons. My grocery store in the Chicagoland area (Jewel, who in an industry leader in keeping very up to date on coupon ethics and practices) specifically addresses this in their policy:
“A cents off coupon may be used with a B1G1Free coupon, redeemable on the purchased item.”

I don’t see it formally addressed in the Wags coupon policy, so not sure what would happen there.
I remember for years, I though that you couldn’t use both together, and now am mad at myself for all the times when buying diapers (for 4 kids) that I didn’t use a cents off coupon on the diapers along with the free baby wipes when you buy diapers!

Hoping to find some starter kits on the shelf this Sun at Wags. Target and Walmart shelves have been empty for some time…

the good thing is the coupon has a 30 day expiration date from the time you print it. I had to go to a few different targets before i found a pineapple mango diffuser starter kit, but i finally did, so i snatched it up. πŸ™‚ So if wags is out of these this week, save your coupon for target when they get some more in. they get trucks every day except thursdays and sundays, likelyhood of them getting more every week is high. πŸ™‚
