My DH went to Walgreens to purchase the toothbrushes. The RR wouldn’t print with the coupon…even though the RR & coupon was in the ad. Ever since our Walgreens installed new cash registers I can’t use coupons with RR. Is anyone else having this problem?
Yes, I just asked the cashier about it and she called the manager. I showed them the weekly ad and the manager just printed the RR for me.
I had the same problem and when the rr did not print the cashier got nasty and i just repeated it”s in your add and i had the add with me don’t let them tell you other wise sometimes its a headache shoppin at wal greens but its your rr so stand your ground cause its the cashiers job to make sure the transaction is done proberly.
