OLAY CLEARANCE: I found that the Olay Silky Whimsy was also on clearance and they are still ringing up B1G1 50% OFF. So, you may want to do a price check on both the Silky Whimsy and the Olay Purely Pristine body wash and bars if you don’t see signs at your store.

I went to Wags today and was happy to find some clearance still left! Even better when I looked over my receipt and saw they were buy 1 get 1 50% off! Woohoo 🙂

Do you know what the shelf life of body wash is? Just curious

Christie, Wouldn’t you need to buy (6) six McCormick Spice packets for your scenario?

Christie March 25, 2012 at 6:21 pm

Yes, just a typo – thanks for pointing it out. All the numbers = 6. 🙂

Hi Christie- The VIVA is a great deal for today. I had 10 VIVA paper towel coupons ( our very favorite paper towel) that were $1.00 each. WAGS has VIVA on sale for $5.99 and they have a $1 off store coupon too. So I got $2.00 off each 6 roll of VIVA, down to $3.99 each! We use a lot of those so this really comes in handy!

Katerina! Great to see you! 🙂

Did you happen to get a RR for the Viva? Reader Roci – just left a comment that there’s a catalina printing for $4 WYB (2) or $5 WYB (3). It’s all my mom will use, so she’ll be very happy!

I bought 3 in one transaction and got the $5 RR. Then when I got 2 in a different transaction I got the $4 RR so it was a nice surprise!!

Thanks for the response. The only coupons I could find was on 3/11 for 40 cents off. Regional coupons do vary…

Has no one else gotten the extra coupons at the register? I had 5 print, one for axe, one for maxwell house coffee, one for stop pain, one for degree deo, and one for a free dream water. I used the dream water and stop pain and they both printed more money off the next purchase of that item!

Would it be wrong to snag the Always Radiant tampon coupon out of the box for the first purchase to save $2 immediately?

Disclaimer: I’ve never done that myself, but I’m wondering what moral code dictates in that situation.

I don’t think it is wrong, because when the cashier sees that there is a coupon she ask me if I would like to use it now or later. Sometimes she would take her sissors out and cut it off the box for me. It won’t hurt to ask.

I did find the Olay today and was able to use up the rest of my coupons. My store does not reduce coupons, but by buying 4 and using 3 coupons, the total was .93. Super happy about it!

I think if you’re using the coupon for the box you got it out of, it’s ok. If you took the coupon out of one box and bought a different box, that would be questionable.

I purchased the Always Radiant liners and received a $2.00/2 Tampax Radiant products, a $1.00/1 CoverGirl product, and a $2.00/2 Always Radiant products. It sounds like the Tampax ones mentioned by Christie are a little more valuable. I’d like the $2.00/1 Tampax. It looked like my store may have been sold out of these but I will double check tomorrow. Thats a good deal.

Chritie- Do you know if Walgreens has 4ct Advil for less than $1 so I could use the $1 off coupon to get them for free? Thanks!

Christie March 25, 2012 at 11:44 pm

$1.49 or $1.29 reg. price but some have found clearance for less than a $1. 🙂

Christie,

Have you been able to confirm the VIVA RR? I went to the catalina website after another poster said they did not get a RR and I did not see Walgreen’s listed. I wondered if someone was mistaken.

Still hoping that this is the deal for the week. Seemed like deals this week at Walgreen’s are pretty weak. Does the Coke RR run through the end of March?

I picked up the Lysol hand free soap dispenser at Walgreen’s for $3.19 — on clearance for $6.19 and used the $3.00 Lysol coupon.

Thanks

It’s printed for quite a few people already. If you were here a few weeks ago you’ll remember the Right Guard RR didn’t have Walgreens as participating either, so it’s a nice surprise! 🙂

Yes to Coke till 3/31.

And where did you get the $3 off Lysol No Touch coupon? The only $3 Lysol No Touch coupon I know of is for the Kitchen dispenser and Walgreens does not sell those.

Walgreens does sell the kitchen ones now 🙂

Yay! They haven’t made it down here yet. Do you know the price and where they are in the store? Or if anyone sees them take a picture for me! We might have a great deal with the coupon and the rebate. 🙂

Hi Christie,
I was wondering if I can use my got2b bogo raincheck with the RR this week? That would be a $5 MM

Also Kroger has nestle water Catalina printing, $5 when you buy 4.
Anybody know if walgreens is participating?
Thanks 🙂

Christie March 26, 2012 at 9:34 am

Yes you should be able to use your RR! That would be awesome.

Venessa March 26, 2012 at 1:46 pm

On your Olay scenario you’re getting it free so what amount counts towards the P&G rebate? The pre coupon amount?

Reply

Christie March 26, 2012 at 2:32 pm

Yes PRE coupon! Woo Hoo!!!!

Didn’t get to Wags yesterday so going out today to see if anything is left..LOL.

Don’t know if this is the place to post this, but does anyone want the Hasbro coupons from my paper? My kids are too old but these are some good toy coupons if anyone needs them for their own kids. I’ve gotten great info here at WFW and would love to share with other honest couponers making ends meet! Let me know (I only have 1 set of them).

Went to Wags on Dell Range in Cheyenne, WY and price checked the Olay bodywashes and they rang up normal price. None of them were the same as you posted Christie (different scents, sizes, etc). I will try the other Wags in town tomorrow. Here’s hoping!!

Kayla March 26, 2012 at 3:20 pm

My walgreens wouldnt let me get the gravy mix for free! 🙁 I am going to try Walmart instead.

Susan March 27, 2012 at 7:52 pm

Thanks for posting the Olay deal. My store didn’t have them marked so I scanned those two scents and they were clearanced just like you said. GREAT deal!

Dara March 28, 2012 at 2:33 pm

I went to wags yesterday, they didn’t have a large variety of the olay body wash but I didn’t even see that they were bogo1/2 off. I looked for it advertised and didn’t see it there either. Wonder if it is regional or just no signs?

I made an error and bought the wrong size Tampax Radiant tampons box. I had the kids with me and was in a huge rush. :/ What tipped me off was that I did not get the $1 RR and didn’t catch it until I was sorting RR’s and coupons for next week.. I didn’t realize any of this until after I got home and had already opened the box and removed and cut up the coupons.

Anyway, the 32 count boxes of Tampax Radiant has $9 in coupons and they are pretty awesome. They are printed on the instruction insert instead of on the box interior. They are $2/1 Always Radiant pads, liners, or wipes, $3/1 Tampax Radiant tampons, $2/1 Cover Girl product, and $2/1 Gillette Venus razor. There are no size restrictions listed and they expire 9/30/13.
