I had 4 $5.00 off coupons, so I went to pick up 4 of these today. The person behind the register wouldn’t use all the coupons at face value since they were BOGO 1/2 off. She would only accept 2 coupons at $5.00 off and the other two, she would give me $3.50 for (since that was the price I was getting the other two bottles of product for). Is it up to the discretion of the store as to whether or not they will accept the face value of the coupons when the product is BOGO?
Oddly enough, I also bought 2 of the renuzit crystal elements, which are BOGO free, and she let me use 2 $3.00 coupons for that!
No it’s totally NOT her discretion in that case! They only credited you $3.50 and they’ll be getting redeemed at $5! I would PLEASE call corporate and tell them you want the district manager to call you back. That is plain wrong!

Same thing happened to me today,the register wouldn’t take all the coupons because it was half price and the manager came with a key and would only allow the half price amount
