Updates From the Field 5/1

by Christie Bisbee on May 1, 2011

Here are some notes from my trip to the store that will hopefully make your trip a little easier!

NOXZEMA RAZOR DEAL
Some of the Noxzema razors had $2/1 coupons for different types of Noxzema disposable razors inside. So be sure you look! You can see them if you look closely between the razors. That’s a nice bonus! 🙂

GILLETTE FUSION PROGLIDE DEAL
Although none of the previews for coupons showed a coupon for this, I was very happy when I found a $4/1 Coupon in my P&G inserts for this! If you got this coupon the deal will look like this…

BUY
1 – Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor $9.99
-$4/1 Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor Manual or Power 05-01-11 P&G x5/31
= $5.99, Get Back $5 RR
= $.99 EACH!

Also, if you accidentally use that $5 Register Reward from the ProGlide to buy another one, you’ll still get your $5 Register Reward. 😉

RIGHT GUARD BODY WASH DEAL
I had no issue with these ringing up B1G1 however, for many of you there seem to be lots of issues with this particular item. Just looking through my e-mails I can see that some of you are having issues with the first one ringing up $2.50 and the second one ringing up $2.49. Still others of you are having it ring up $4.49 for the first and $.50 for the second. Either way it doesn’t make any darn sense.

I wonder if this might be a regional issue. So if you leave a comment on the Right Guard body wash, let us know where you are.

FIXODENT DEAL
I also got different coupons in my P&G for the Fixodent than what I had in my preview. If you got the $3/1 Fixodent coupon in your paper you can…

BUY
1 – Fixodent Cleanser $3.99
-$3/1 Fixodent Cleanser 05-01-11 P&G x5/31
= $.99, Get Back $1 RR
= FREE (& You make a $.01)

I won’t be needing any Fixodent for their original purpose anytime soon but we do use them to clean stains of off certain items around the house so I like having a box handy. And they make a good donation item too.

COTTONELLE DEAL
I had no issues with the Cottonelle deal however, I grabbed the last (2) 12pks of Cottonelle at my store. I was surprised because that Register Reward deal is unadvertised. I felt like stock of everything was low though at all the stores I visited.  There was plenty of Cottonelle earlier in the week however, so I’m not sure what’s going on?!

How Did Your Trip Go? Find any great deals? Let us know! 🙂

The truck days change with every holiday and get pushed back a day, excluding Sundays. Were your truck days Friday and Saturday before Easter? Then they’d be Sat and Mon now.

They had the Cottonelle stacked up between the carts and the door at my favorite store this morning where they often put sodas.

Truck day didn’t change with Easter, it won’t change again until Memorial Day and then again I believe after 4th of July

Reply

Cricket @ Thrifty Texas Penny May 1, 2011 at 7:33 pm

I will respectfully argue with you Dana. In Tyler, Tx I was told just this week by a manager that their trucks changed this week due to the Easter holiday. She also stated that they would change, as you said, with Memorial Day. Now, perhaps this varies by store, but that is fact where I live.

Reply

Lauren May 1, 2011 at 9:26 pm

At one of my stores the trucks came a day later and at the other two they came on the normal day. I’m in Central Texas and the stores are all within 5 minutes of each other so I thought that was weird.

I live in Orlando and the Right Guard body wash rang up $2.50 and $2.49 for me. I was confused, but just figured they were trying to get around them both being free? Hopefully this won’t be a new trend with stores, but then again I always have issues at my Walgreens. 🙁

Amanda May 1, 2011 at 8:11 pm

I wouuld have gotten it, if it would have rang up like that. I was in Lake City, Florida and it rang up 4.49 for the 1st one and .50 for the second one, I thought this was a crock if you ask me. I complained of course and the manager stated this is how it works. I am new to couponing, but this just didnt seem right because it was B1G1 in the store, so why am I having to pay .50 for the second one that I would have gotten for free anyways. I took mine to CVS and got extracare bucks back and sent about 1.00 on each, so it worked out for the better, but I was still ticked about it.

Dee May 1, 2011 at 9:08 pm

The sign on the shelf at my WAGS said 2/$4.99 even though it was the correct bottle. In one transaction the first two rung up as $4.49 and 0.50 then the next 4 were $2.49 and $2.50. I mentioned it to the cashier at the time but there were a few appearing behind me in line and I didn’t want to hold things up. I called after I got home and the manager said to go back and they’d sort it out. I idn’t even get to finishing explaining it was BOGO in the ad but different on the shelf. Either the cashier had mentioned it to him or someone else did. I’m in Central Florida.

Reply

Dee May 1, 2011 at 9:13 pm

And just to add the shelf price was $4.49

Reply

Sarah B. May 1, 2011 at 4:37 pm

I got the Right Guard body wash & it rang up fine as $4.99 & then the second one as zero. Bummer the max on the coupon was $4.49 though so didn’t get 2 free but close enough!

Reply

Marella May 1, 2011 at 8:03 pm

Mine too Sarah. I didn’t notice the $4.99 limit and didn’t notice it till it rang up — how well a quarter a piece isn’t bad.

Reply

Marella May 1, 2011 at 8:04 pm

Retyping my answer — wow bad Grammar! I didn’t notice it was 4.99 until it rang up. Oh well a quarter a piece isn’t bad.

I hit the Wags in Swansea, IL and they rang up the Right Guard $4.48 for first and $0.01 for the 2nd. Had no issue with using the B1G1.
How did you get a 2nd P&G RR when using a P&G RR?

Reply

Rebecca May 1, 2011 at 4:43 pm

Thanks for the info on the ProGlide RR rolling, i was hoping it would again as it makes planning and paying for transactions a little easier!

well in chicago…the store refused the coupon for the right guard body wash..manager said you are already getting one free..coupon not accepted…embarassed but hey there is always tomorrow rt

Reply

Betty May 1, 2011 at 6:15 pm

I would give corporate a call on that one, or your district office. Walgreens coupon policy clearly says that if an item is BOGO and you have a BOGO coupon, that you can receive two items free.

Reply

ann May 1, 2011 at 7:52 pm

where does it say that in the poilcy b1g1 on a g1g1 free in the wags poilcy

Reply

Kristen May 1, 2011 at 8:56 pm

It’s under the B1G1 Free Coupons heading. It says that up to 2 coupons may be used on a B1G1 sale as long as the price does not go below zero and you must pay sale tax.

I went to two different stores in Salem, Oregon. The first store had the Right Guard body wash ring up one for $4.49 and one for $0.50. The manager happened to ring us up so I politely told her that it was buy one get one free and according to the coupon policy I could use that coupon getting both for free. She changed it for me, so I was happy! The second store we bought 4 and They rang up $4.49, $0.50, $2.50 and $2.49. How this happened I do not know! (I sent my mom for those!) Apparently the cashier refused to fix the prices, she wouldn’t give anything away for free, so we paid $1 for 4. Still worth it to me! I spent $30 OOP, and ended with $40 in RR!

Reply

Dana May 1, 2011 at 6:35 pm

However they ring up is sometimes based on region. The Right Guard Bodywash are 2/$4.99 so how every they ring up as long as they equal 2 for $4.99 they are still ringing up correctly. It happens on other products too, we can’t explain it

I went to 3 different stores in Ky. and all the shelves were empty. One store even said a gentleman was standing outside at 7:30 am waiting for the store to open and clear the shelf. How rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reply

Betty May 1, 2011 at 6:17 pm

This is why we have decided to put limits in my store. We really do want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy the savings. I would rather limit than to have unhappy customers all week long because we ran out. We are a Friday Truck store, so if I am cleared on on Sunday, I’ve got a weeks worth of upset people.

Reply

Kent May 3, 2011 at 12:51 pm

Happy customers through better management. Last week while picking up ‘lots’ of special order Luster Toothpaste, I noticed 2 end caps full of the Fusion razors. Probably some in the razor section also. Then, in comes a guy making a delivery with a hand truck stacked with boxes marked Fusion Proglide. Must have been 6 cases. Then we went to another store with a manager that doesn’t ‘get it’. They had 2 Luster on the shelf because she would only order 6. They had about a dozen Proglides. The new assistant manager (he came from a coupon friendly store) has tried to convince her to order more of the ‘deal’ items. She refuses. Therefore, the problem is not ALWAYS shelf clearers.

Lindsay May 1, 2011 at 4:46 pm

The fixadent RR is rolling also; I accidentally used one and then still got another.

I always notice our walgreens out of or low on items. I guess that means alot of girls around here on couponing LoL I guess that’s what rainchecks are for 🙂

I live in Orlando and the body wash rang up as $4.99 then the second one $0. Used my coupon with no problem.

Carly Page May 1, 2011 at 5:05 pm

The $3 tylenol precise ivc beeped for me, maybe because they cost $7.99 and I used the $5IP first? The cashier pushed it through, but I had to remind her that it should apply to both items I had bought (3 ct & 4 ct heat patches). I need to look at my receipt now to see about the Right Guard bodywash, I wasn’t paying close enough attention to see if it rang up correctly.

Reply

J May 1, 2011 at 9:22 pm

I had the same thing happen to me with the Tylenol Precise. It would only deduct $3 even though I got 2. But didn’t have that problem at another Walgreens. Strange.

I want to get the Cottonelle but my walgreens didn’t have it advertised as an RR deal. I am new at this and am unsure how I handle this. Help ?! 🙂

Reply

CarrieD May 1, 2011 at 5:27 pm

Unless you live in one of the test areas this deal should work for you. You can always give it a try and then return it if it does not print a RR.

Reply

Amanda May 1, 2011 at 5:29 pm

The Cottonelle is an UNadvertised RR deal!!

Reply

Cassi May 1, 2011 at 6:04 pm

How much of a RR do you get with the Cottonelle deal? And is this for sure at ALL Walgreens or only at certain locations.

Reply

Kristen May 1, 2011 at 7:17 pm

It’s buy 2 get 3 RR. It should work at all Walgreens. If not you can turn around and return it.

I had one bodywash rang up @ 4.49 and one @ .50, the cashier would only take off the 4.49 for the coupon. But I got the Noxzema razors too. So OOP= was $3.08 and got back $3 RR. So I’m happy.

Reply

Rebecca May 1, 2011 at 11:28 pm

The max value on the coupon is $4.49, if they had deducted anymore they would not have been reimbursed from the manufacturer for it, so it would ahve been lost money.

Gloria May 1, 2011 at 5:13 pm

Another use for Fixodent: my kids use denture cleanser tablets all the time for their retainers. I hope there’s some stock left when I get a chance to go.

Reply

CarrieD May 1, 2011 at 5:26 pm

I went to 3 Wags today. I was able to get atleast one set of what I wanted at the first store. However, I went to the other two so I would not clean them out. 😉 The only item that was gone at all the stores was the razors. I guess people like to make $1. I had not a single issue with how things were ringing up.

Sorry that some of you were having issues.

As a reminder to all the new friends out there, ALWAYS keep your coupon policy with you! It really does help. 😉

In St Louis my RG BW rang up as $4.49 and .50. I didnt feel like fighting it so let it go. Also got the Fixodent, Precise, Noxzema razors and Ecotrin with no problems. Stock was good at 6 am (24 hour store, on my way to work) and there were $1 peelies on my RG BW for next time.

My store had everything I wanted so that was a big surprise. I was able to get 5 Tide and 1 Downey for $2 after RR. My store was low on TP and no Right Guard at all but I wasn’t to disappointed. I also found Almay and Revlon makeup on clearance for 2.59. I didn’t have my coupons with me but the May coupon book had the $2 and $3 Almay coupons so I got some free concealer and eye liner.

Reply

LFmom May 1, 2011 at 6:30 pm

How did you get the Tide and Downey for such a good deal? Thanks :o)

Reply

Kristen May 1, 2011 at 6:45 pm

I had 5 $3 off coupons for the Tide that came in some TP I bought at Target. I also had a $1 of one Downey coupon so I did the transaction twice and paid $8 OOP with a $6 RR.

Reply

Candice May 2, 2011 at 9:17 am

I was able to do the same thing using $3/1 Tide Stain Release coupons (no size restrictions) found in the large Charmin pkgs I bought at Target. Three @ $3.99 each totaled $11.97 less (3) $3/1 = $2.97 – $3RR = 3 for free!

There was plenty of cottonelle at my store this morning. But they were completely out of noxema razors and Right Guard Body wash.

Reply

caryn May 1, 2011 at 10:16 pm

Reply

Danielle May 1, 2011 at 5:49 pm

Right Guard Bodywash rang up $4.49 & 50cents. I agree – I won’t argue 25 cents each on body wash in Everett, W. But they only had 3 on the shelf.

Was also bummed there was only 1 Schick razor (BoGo & $3 printable) on the self so missed out on that deal too.

Everything else – Head & Shoulders (BoGo MQ, $2 RR). Nozema Razors ($2 MQ, $3 RR), GUM flossers ($2, $2 RR), Proglide ($4 MQ, $5 RR) rang up fine& printed fine .

Reply

CarrieD May 1, 2011 at 10:16 pm

FYI: When my store has only had one of the BOGO items I have asked them if they would give it to me at 50% off. They have ALWAYS said yes.

I too got all the good deals this week so excited, retail $118 and I paid $10.18 after RR. I got three of each razor deal had to split it into 3 diff trans, and they beeped everytime! Can not believe the awesome deal on the toilet paper! I had no problem with the body wash but the lady speed stick .50 ea Q did not want to go through. Woodland, Ca

Joan May 1, 2011 at 5:57 pm

I was real bummed at my Walgreens today. I live in a small town and we only have one Walgreens, and there are two women that are there when they open and like to clear the shelves of all the sale items. (I think this is so rude) Also I bought 4 newspapers and not one of them had any P&G inserts in them. I guess I will have to call the newspaper tomorrow when they are open.

Reply

Sara May 1, 2011 at 6:37 pm

Call your Wags back and let them know you were short your inserts. Ask if they have 4 papers left and can check to make sure the inserts are there. If that many inserts were missing someone probably stole them. I have had that happen before. It embarrasses the managers so they will make it right!

Reply

Kristen May 1, 2011 at 6:47 pm

I didn’t get my P&G inserts this week either. I asked the ladies who worked there and they didn’t get them either. It looks to be a regional thing. I’m in AR.

Reply

Suzanne May 2, 2011 at 4:36 pm

P&G Insert–as well as Target/P&G Insert– was in the Dem-Gaz in Little Rock. Where are you? I’m concerned that when I move to the country the state papers will not carry as many inserts as the city papers.

Reply

Lezlie May 1, 2011 at 8:21 pm

I bought 2 of the same newspapers and only 1 had the P&G. Same for my friend who bought papers same time I did!

Reply

Candice May 2, 2011 at 9:19 am

Ugh, I hate when that happens! Now, every time I buy a paper I scour it to make sure all inserts are there before I buy!

Reply

Jen May 1, 2011 at 6:04 pm

I bought 2 Right Guard Bodywash this morning. They were BOGO on the shelf and I had the BOGO coupon from the insert. The last time this sort of deal came across I had no issues, but today it was different.

The first one rang up as $4.99. The second one rang up $4.99 as well. The coupon stated it must be less than $4.49. So the lady adjusted it and only gave me the $4.49 off.

So instead of getting both free, I had to pay $.50 for one. I’m confused. Should I have gotten them both for free or was she correct because the coupon stated maximum value of $4.49?

Reply

Cricket @ Thrifty Texas Penny May 1, 2011 at 7:37 pm

She was correct. The Q says valid up to $4.49 and at most stores you’ll find them priced at or under that. You are lucky that she did was right. There are some cashiers that get stuck on the wording and just won’t honor it because the price is higher.

Reply

Betty May 1, 2011 at 6:04 pm

For some reason, Walgreens will do this occasionally. The base price of an item is 4.99 it may ring at 2.50 and 4.99 for the other. The sale prices are downloaded from corporate, it confused even us employees at times. If it says buy one @4.99 get one free, you should still end up only paying 4.99 for the two. Why? I have no earthly idea, but thats just how it is. The hardest one for us is the buy one get 2. I spend hours each week explaining that one to folks. You must get three items for the sale to ring correctly.

Reply

sun May 1, 2011 at 6:06 pm

For the cottonelle deal, I was not able to use the Manu Q + the IVC coupon – register kept beeping saying there was no match. One of the managers once told me that IVCs were a type of Manu Q that’s only valid at WAGS. This concurs with what it says on the fine print on the IVC coupon.

Reply

Brenda May 1, 2011 at 7:18 pm

I hope a manager rang it in for you so it worked. If not, I would call the manager to let them know what happened. I found that ringing in the MQ first then the Walgreens q works best. That is what I did for the Tylynol deal. No beeps. 🙂

Reply

CarrieD May 1, 2011 at 10:21 pm

I always hand over my the man Qs and then the Wags Qs. helps with the beeping issue.

Im in Oregon and the body wash rang up as 1 for 4.49 and the second one was .50 cents. They were also two different kinds. We went back and purchased (2) of the body wash/hair product and it rang up as the buy one get one free. For some reason the bottle that has a green color on it was ringing up for .50. Weird.

at my walgreens the right guard rang up at 4.99 for one, but when the manager was called over he instructed the clerk that the corprate office had told them to only input 4.49 for the b1g1 coupon making it .50 no matter what, even with the attached coupons to the bottles

Reply

margaret May 1, 2011 at 8:42 pm

my trip went pretty good. no real problems other than the cashier kinda calling me a crazy coupon lady LOL
however when using the b1g1 on the right guard body wash, she wanted to put the value of my coupon in as 2.50 only. making them 2/2.50. I asked her to ask her manager and he said to put 4.99 as the value. mine did ring up as 4.99 and 0.00

also the price of my tylenol precise was 8.49 each making them .49 for me. still not bad we use them. im in chicagoland area

For those of you are who like me and have PLENTY of body wash, toothpaste, razors, etc, please consider donating some of these items to us here in Central Alabama. I am so very fortunate that my family was physically unaffected but so, so many precious families weren’t so lucky. It has felt very good and humbling to pack boxes of necessities to give to my neighbors in Alabama who have lost EVERYTHING. I’ve been considering giving up my weekly trips to Walgreens and CVS for a while because I am well stocked and have been experiencing so many “shelf clearers” lately.

I decided instead of taking a break, I will continue to get these deals and they will go straight to the donation centers. Even if I don’t use denture cleaner, I know there is someone nearby who could definitely use it.

Please consider this and keep Alabama in your thoughts.

Noxema is not rolling but as of 7:30 EST Gillete Proglide and the Fixident are still rolling! I had a bad deal on the Tide RR deal so I have to take the febreeze back. It was priced wrong on the shelf and I do not want to pay $2.50 more than I planned for a warmer I probably will never use. So excited about the tide!

I got one of the BOGO packages too! There was only one, and it was on the bottom shelf with all the dropped stuff. It was taped together, but I got it at regular price and the 2. coupon. There were only 3 pkgs of these left in the store, and I had 4 q’s, so I dont feel so bad now 🙂

my mil uses dentures, so i did pick up a couple of boxes for her.
but the tablets are great for grass/dirt stains. My son plays baseball and thier pants are white.
Get the tablet, wet it a little and rub the tablet into the clothing/stain. The tablet will dissolve/break apart and even color the clothing blue or green. Let it sit for a little bit. SOmetimes i lay the tablet on the stain (with a little water) and let it sit there for like 15 minutes. then throw it in the wash

I sure hope this “extreme couponing” is a fad! I was at my Walgreens at 8:05 am and the shelves were bare and I wondered around a bit and saw like 3 people with carts full of everything that was on sale! Really is irritating!

I did get a couple things on the ad but was really annoyed!! Guess these “newbies” think what they see on TV ie shelf clearing is ok! BOO on them!

I agree! I had to go to 3 Wags to find the Sunday newspaper. The first 2 were completely sold out! I never had problems on a Sunday finding newspapers before.

I wish they would put up a warning before each episode, “Please do not attempt this at home” or maybe, “The show you are about to watch should not be attempted in your area unless you want to be deemed a hoarder”…

Question: the old spice body wash is b1g1 50% off, I have a BOGO coupon…can I also use a $1 off TWO coupon with the BOGO coupon?

Reply

Victoria May 2, 2011 at 2:17 am

Right Guard rang up right for me in Las Vegas.

@Jennifer No, because the $1/2 coupon attaches to both items. If it was $1/1 you would be able to use it, because it would apply to the one you are buying, not the one you are getting free. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks….I didn’t figure I would be able to but just wanted to double check.

BEST Wags Trip EVER! Jenna May 2, 2011 at 4:16 am

I had the best Wags trip at the 2nd Wags I went 2! I always go at midnite at the closest Wags to my house that is 24 hrs and then go to the other 24 hours if there is no more product. Well the 1st Wags they only had 4 Tps and my hubby and I did our 2 trans, but it didn’t print out the RR! So I was freaking out cuz how was I going to prove that it was supposed to print out since it was unadvertised!
Manger helped me and told me I did it too close to 12 meaning like 12:05, that the CAT machine prob didnt do its updates for the new week. As we were standing there, the machine started to make noise and he said now its updating at like 1215-1220. So got my RRs. Decided to go the corp Walgreens in our area that is also 24hrs.
This the the Wags that I had the best time at. Got there and saw another lady with like 6 in her cart already and was freaking out, get back to the shelf and only 2 LEFT. I found the manager and asked if they had anymore in back and he said sure we just got like 400!! I was so estactic, I counted all my qs I had and was like can I have 13. He was like sure. So brings out 2 boxes for us and a few extra. I was like, you probably won’t let us do multiple trans, he was like “no, go right ahead” I was like OMG, I LOVE YOU(I really said that! LOL) He was like I honestly don’t know why managers give u guys(couponers) a hard time cuz 1st off its business and we get reimbersed for the qs plus .08! So he checked us out and we did 8 trans and had a system going and everything. I told him on Sunday nites now, we are only coming to their store!
Also on the Right Guard my area for some reason didnt get the q in the paper and I checked like twice. I was pretty bummed cuz I was going to be all over that deal:(

Cottonelle was out but luckily they had more in the back…just like I knew they would. They get em on Friday.

When I went to buy the right guard it also rang up 4.99 and the second one rang up .50. When I gave the cashier the b1g1 free coupon she was going to take the .50 off. Also, when she rang up the head and shoulders shampoo I gave her the b1g1 free coupon and two $1 coupons she told me no you can olny use two the b1g1 free coupon and the one $1 coupon. She was just making it difficult.

She is right about the Head and Shoulders coupons. If you have a B1G1 free coupon you can only use one more coupon for the one you are actually paying for.

Isn’t the Cottonelle going on through the whole month? Since it’s not advertised I’m not sure, but I thought I read that somewhere???

I think it runs through the 15th

I found a good deal for shampoo. Renpure organics shampoo on sale for $4.19, and you get $4 RR. Also, I got 2.5 gallon Nursery purified water for 87 cents. This is in OR. Thanks to everyone’s tips. I’m a newbie.

I went to two different Walgreens and they were out of the razors. I got a rain check, but still, wish they would of planned a head of time for a really good sale like this.

I found the Noxzema razors in my local Walgreens….they had a package of them taped together saying buy one get one free special pack…along with a nice little $2.00 coupon in each package! What a great find for my 1st week of using coupons! Love your site 🙂

What do you clean with the Fixadent?

I thought the stock was low too! I went yesterday @ 1pm to get the Cotonelle, and there was not 1 package left!

Susan May 2, 2011 at 5:08 pm

I didn’t do the Cottonelle shopping until this morning. And after reading the mixed reviews I wanted to make sure it was in stock since I had to drive there. The first store I called was out of stock, the second one had only 5 left and the third store was surprisingly fully stocked ! I managed to buy 8 packs of Cottonelle with a lot of stock left on shelves. There were also a lot of the Noxzema razors left (with $2 off coupons enclosed) so I picked up a few. The Tylenol patches were free. I guess not many people shop at that particular Walgreens…

Wow. I must be lucky then. I stopped on my way to work and bought only two.

Then on my way home, I stopped and got two more as to not clear the shelf the first time, and they had totally restocked and probably had about twenty packages in two different spots. One, in the paper aisle, and the other right when you walk in the door with signs telling you to use the instore coupon. No Right Guard for me though. 🙁 Out of stock.

I didn’t go through all the comments to see if this was already mentioned but wanted to mention another deal I found today. The Renpure Organics hair products are on sale for $5.99 and you get $4 back in RR. Then on the conditioner there is a mail in rebate that says ‘try me free’. So you will end up making $4 after you get the rebate. They also had extra forms on a tear pad on the shelf to use for the other products. Great deal!

can you get rainchecks for the Right Guard b1g1 free sale?

Reply

Susan May 2, 2011 at 5:00 pm

I’m pretty certain you can get rainchecks for it but it DOES NOT include RR if any.

Amy May 2, 2011 at 5:14 pm

In regards to the ProFusion Glide, There is a pack that includes shaving cream, lotion, razor, batteries, and a thermal scrub for the same price as the razor by itself. It also is giving the RR. I used the RR to buy another, and it gave me another $5RR!!! Horray…

Cottonelle sells even without a sale! Sure, it was unadvertised, but $4 for a pack is a good price for the non-couponers.

Thanks for all of the awesome match ups this week. I just got back with 4 Noxzema razors, 4 cottonelles, 4 right guard body washes, and 6 tylenol precise, plus a couple of fillers. They had lots of stock and I didn’t even close to clear any of the shelves. Spent $18 (tax included) and left with $9 RR. Yeah!!

Terren May 3, 2011 at 1:14 am

I went to 3 Wags the first had one Cottonelle, no razors and plenty of Right Guard and flossers. No tylenol (7.99 in Brandon, FL).

Second Wags Had tylenol and no razors.

Third had razors and cottonelle right by the door. Got an additonal RR because I did the catalina for cottonelle for $4.00 off a purchase 🙂

My coupon for Gilette reads, “Gillette Body Wash, Buy One Get One Gillette Deodorant Free”. How do you get the coupon for a BOGO bodywash? Also, does this vary by region at all? My Wags had buy 1 get 1 50% off for the store sale on the Gilette body wash, not BOGO…
