last time this deal didn’t work for me- RR didn’t print. When I contacted Catalina Marketing, they said that I had to spend $14 AFTER all coupons/discounts used. Strange, because I got RR printed on hair color deal and paid like $.33 each after all my coupons.
I didn’t get the Garnier RR a few days ago, either. Sigh.
On a brighter note, the Renuzit spray coupon has reset ($1/1), so there’s one last change to get the BOGO deal at Wags. With 2 coupons it comes to .49 each for two sprays!
I was told the AFTER coupons/discount explanation at Shoprite for another Catalina offer that didn’t automatically print. The helpful customer service person made the coupon print, but had to manually manipulate it. I want to play within the rules, but the AFTER option would make me reconsider many of these. Is there any “coupon policy” for Catalina, similar to those available for Walgreens?
I have had the same experience. Bummer, but I can get more products for my $14 than without the coupons. Usually I can squeeze one extra product in!
My rr didn’t print either, but my stores manager just gave me the $4.00 in cash.
I had the same problem. The Walgreens manager didn’t know why… So she gave me my $4 on a gift card.
Is anyone out there getting this deal without issue???
I purchased 4 shampoo/condition and used $1 off for each one and received the RR…no problems…bonus each bottle had a travel size attached. Win, Win for me on this one in So Cal.
