My Walgreens said the one with 3 toothbrushes is not part of the deal…
My store didn’t have it tagged, but it works! It rings up $3, used the $1.50/1 and I got the $3 RR!
At my store the only ones that were tagged were the 3 pk. It is funny how each store can be so different.
