I did contact Henkel about our usual questions when these rebates pop up. It took me 6 phone calls to four different numbers (Yep! I had to call a couple of numbers twice), and finally someone said they’d e-mail me answers to my concerns, and they did! The $30 threshold must be reached after coupons or cash rewards are deducted, but before any gift cards or “gift cheques.” are used.
