Will the toothpaste coupon take off 2 dollars since its a Wags one?

No, it will not, because it is not a Walgreens coupon, it is a manufacturer one.

Was in the 24 hour Walgreens this morning and noticed that there was a display with the Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaners but the price on the display was over $10. That’s when I noticed the infamous boxes with the yellow stripe on the side of them. Asked the cashier to price check these and….YIPEE!!! they were ringing up $4.29. So, with a few of my $4 off coupons was able to score these for $.29 each!!

FYI – The Synergy and the Sundown Q’s have a big ad after the Q, so make sure to cancel after the Q prints. Hey, ink is expensive! ;P

Got my 4 Hasbro Star Wars action figures to donate at Christmas. Would have been $46.06 plus tax, but only paid $3 plus tax for all 4. I would never pay full price, those things are tiny and probably only worth the 75 cents each I paid for them, but still excited to get them for someone.

Mary –
I’m glad someone is thinking the way I do! I buy toys throughout the year to donate. Luckily my son isn’t in to Star Wars or Transformers. I forgot to do this deal when I went this morning. I guess we’ll have to go back πŸ™‚

Crystal,my boys are 13 and 15 now, not really in to Star Wars or Transformers anymore either. Funny thing is, back last September or October there was a coupon out for $5 off Transformers and I bought 2 toys at Target to donate. I had them sitting on the kitchen counter with my other shopping loot to show my husband and had left the house for a few minutes for something. When I came back, my 15 year old was playing with one of the Transformers and asking if he could open the other one too. I was mad at first, but then just had to laugh thinking about it. Pretty much the same thing happened with my free ZhuZhu pet from CVS. My 13 year old played with it.

I was also able to pick up some Star Wars figures. My nephew will be thrilled to get these in his Valentine bag! My WAGS only had 3 left, but at least I was able to use one of my coupons! Love getting deals like this!

My wags only had 3 star wars figures. This seems to be pretty consistent with other Walgreens. Are they purposefully understocking them or something? You would think they would have more since its part of the weekly ad?

@Ashley Yes! Stores are now purposely understocking their items in order to lower their profit – they are making WAY too much money! JK πŸ˜‰

Walgreens is not a big seller of toys, they don’t come in on truck days often. Without this coupon out, I guarantee you most stores wouldn’t sell ANY of them even at b1g1 free. That’s the main reason why πŸ™‚
