the link for the skittles goes to Target website…doesnt walgreens Q policy say they do not accept competitors coupons?

Stephanie W September 10, 2011 at 10:30 pm

It prints out a manufacturer’s coupon, without a Target logo. 🙂

the coupon would not scan. the team lead just keyed it in.

Once printed the coupon don’t show any Target name or logo on it. So it’s legit!

I am SO horrible at making the transactions myself! I always have everything ready to go and when I get there, they are out of something, and that throws me all off! I still get a great deal, but not nearly as cheap as I’d like to pay! I’ve been doing this for a little over a year, and I still can’t seem to get it. Plus, I get really antsy when a line starts to form behind me (which ALWAYS seems to happen even if nobody has checked out for 10 minutes!). LOL

The crest toothpaste 6.4oz that is on sale for $1.99 with $1 RR is cavity, tartar, and baking soda – the exact 3 excluded on the crest 4oz + $1 MQ. So scenario 1 won’t really work. And of course there is the problem that the stores around me can’t seem to get the Crest Complete Deep Clean toothpaste in stock 🙁

I just bought 3 gain detergents (32 loads) as part of the P&G buy $30 get $10RR, after the 10RR printed out came two more RR for $3 each from Gain. I ended up paying $24.50 out of pocket and got $16 in RR!

Transaction:
Two Pantene Shamp/Cond ($12) with $3 off of 2 ProV coupon
Three gain 32 loads ($15) with $1 coupon x 3
Downy Liquid Softener ($4) with .50c coupon

In the Miami Herald for today, in the thicker of the SS inserts, one can find a $2 off any Crest Complete toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, or mouthwash — makes this week’s RR deal a $2 moneymaker.

on boxtops4education, a coupon for 1.00 off two chex mix.

Yes the Crest Complete was not in stock BUT the travel size was there for me. So $0.99 with $2.00 off coupon = $1.01 overage!!! It works for the Colgate Sensitive $1.50 off coupon as well. YAY!!!

I went to three Walgreens today, 2 of them didn’t have the Scrubbing Bubbles Complete toilet cleaner; the guy at the second store said “the ad is national, so we probably don’t carry in this region” (Omaha)…I checked one more as we were driving some where else and they had it, I did two transactions…yay!!

@Claudia, You could put just about anything in it’s place. If you just want the $1 RR buy another toothpaste deal.

Russel Stoffers candy is a great filler with the in ad Q

I found the Crest Complete toothpaste 5.8 oz. marked for $1.99 at my Wags. I used the $2 Q from today’s paper and made $1 from the RR. I love when that happens!

i have question on the scenarios listed above. for sept . what are the cheap fillers for. I do not understand. Iimagine it is so one can get the next register reward.
I was informed that if you buy something that will print out a register reward that you will not get it if you pay for it with register reward from previuos. can anyone tell me howthis works.

Yesterday (Sunday) at 2pm I went to my local Wags and they were already completely OUT of huggies little mover slip on diapers – all sizes – and OUT of all playtex tampons and OUT of newspapers… so I went to the only other Wags around here and they were out of diapers but had a few tampons and newspapers. Lucky for them!I am so frustrated at them being OUT of everything so early on Sundays…

Same question…I can’t find a discount on Skittles. I have a MQ $1/2 coupon but they are priced at $.99 or 2 for $1.98. I looked in the Sept coupon book and the ad and don’t see any coupons. Where is the “in ad” coupon you mention?

It’s the one for Mars (shows Dove single bars) back page I think.
